Chelsey is great, 2 visit with her as bartender. She is fabulous, we try to come when she's working. Live 40 minutes from here, but worth the drive.

Wanted pizza..oven was broke. Had club sandwich and the ham tasted spoiled. Could only finish half. My wife ordered a roast beef au jus and she got corn beef and au jus. Service was horrible. We actually called the bar on our phone to get someones attention. Not a good first impression. Love the ambience and tvs and perhaps band night would be good but as far as the food and service...Good luck with that

This place never lets us down. On Friday nights, they have DJ Tammy playing great music everyone wants to dance to. Saturday they usually have live music too. The food is good and the drinks are strong 😁. The service is excellent even when they are packed We go back every time we are in Canton.
Menu is improved since Jan 2025. Club sandwich is quite good.

The food used to be great. Today was awful, i don’t believe is the same cook. Forgot to add cheese on my burger and then when i asked brought me a old piece of cheese, the onion rings we soggy and falling apart, the waitress which was always wonderful is now a new person so so. Also, the prices on the menu increased and now they charge for the sides. Very disappointed with the food, it was great before. Changed the menu and still didn’t add sweet potato fries only sweet potato totes 🫨🫨🫨 sad with the extra cost on the sides. Not coming back.

The staff is wonderful, and the only reason I may return (if the staff leaves, I'm officially done with this place). New POS system and process is an absolute pain in the butt and timesuck for staff and patrons alike (why are we hand writing things when there is an electronic point of sale less than 6 inches away from the notepad??). New menu is icing on the cake for this-- menu changes where the local favorites are gone for exchange of mediocre wannabe upscale dining. I've spent a lot of years coming to the icehouse, but if things keep going the way they are with ownership changes and the bartenders I consider friends are gone, it will likely be the last.

Came here Saturday with a party of 30. We were asked if we preferred the back room and we said yes. Our waitress was amazing and she took our order for drinks the moment we sat down. We were a group of about sixteen 7th and 8th graders from a basketball tournament and their parents. The food came out about 20-25 minutes which was great because the boys were having a good time playing pool and hanging out. The good was hot and really good- especially the wings. Thank you for accommodating such a large group. We have another tourney in May in Canton- we’ll be back.

I always enjoy going to the Canton Icehouse no matter if it's to have a great lunch or to relief some of the weekly stress. You can always count on friendly staff with great service and a clientele that gives the place a neighborhood feel. Going back to the staff, I had discarded my "loser" Keno ticket only to be surprised when the bartender chased me down informing me the ticket was a $50 winner. I bet she could have used the money but had the integrity and care for her customer to take the high road. Finally, I've had the privilege to perform at Icehouse and what a great experience! Fun crowd and a staff that is attentive and helpful to the bands, something that is very much appreciated! Looking for a fun environment and great food? Checkout Canton Icehouse!
