I always enjoy going to the Canton Icehouse no matter if it's to have a great lunch or to relief some of the weekly stress. You can always count on friendly staff with great service and a clientele that gives the place a neighborhood feel. Going back to the staff, I had discarded my "loser" Keno ticket only to be surprised when the bartender chased me down informing me the ticket was a $50 winner. I bet she could have used the money but had the integrity and care for her customer to take the high road. Finally, I've had the privilege to perform at Icehouse and what a great experience! Fun crowd and a staff that is attentive and helpful to the bands, something that is very much appreciated! Looking for a fun environment and great food? Checkout Canton Icehouse!

Edit.... I changed.this to five stars because Brooklyn is awesome.....still leaving comments for the other bartenders.
Went for the first time and bartenders turn down the AMI Jukebox of paying customers if they don't like the song. Thumbs down. Bad juju. Onion rings were mediocre to be nice. I would say they won't last much longer. Also, look at my other reviews. I very rarely give bad ones.

This place was awesome. I just felt so bad for our waitress because it looked like she was the only waitress working. We even had to tell her to add three items to our ticket that she left off.

The food wasn't the best but It was pretty good and a pretty good value for the price. The service certainly wasn't what you would expect from a restaurant inside of the Ritz-Carlton, but I don't write my reviews with misplaced expectations, and I wasn't dining at a restaurant inside of the Ritz-Carlton! For a place that is quite clearly a bar with a kitchen, and not a restaurant that serves cocktails, these guys did a pretty good job and gave us the exact experience people should expect when going to eat at a bar that has a kitchen.

The Canton Icehouse is a TOP NOTCH bar and music venue! The staff is amazing. You feel very safe with the exception security team. The food and drinks are excellent!! The live music is always a step above the rest. I can’t say enough about how great Canton Icehouse is! You have to be there to experience it , so make plans to go and have a great time!

Worst management. He can’t even keep track of anything. He is always “too busy” worst food with a long wait time. Servers aren’t fun anymore like they used to be.

Food took over an hour to get, didn’t come out together, and was incorrect. The manager motioned to the half empty bar being busy and the reason for the wait. Was only really discounted the amount for the items missing on the food. Beer was overpriced and the waitress was barely seen. If you plan on spending 2 hours to get overpriced mediocre food, this is the place for you.
