I’ve tried to enjoy it here but service continues to fall short. After taking a break, I decided to try them again for a carry out order and called it in ahead. I arrived and waited for a little bit while a team meeting was being held. It was pre-dinner rush so not busy. The first guy finally came up and I asked about my order. He went back to check and I didn’t hear back from him until he walked past later and I asked again, to which he said they were working on it…. Then a 2nd lady asked to help, I inquired again and didn’t hear back. Finally a manager inquired with me and I asked again about my food, she went back and immediately brought my carry out order. This was after observing the guy next to me, who arrived afterwards, was eating his food. The manager then brought me my check and said nothing. No “thanks” or anything, NOTHING. I won’t be back, and a reply saying “sorry for your experience…” won’t change that. Plenty of other options.

Showed up at 2. Not busy at all. Saw 3 waitresses A few occupied tables. Not slammed at all. Was seated at a corner booth. Sat there 25 minutes. As if we were invisible. No help.even attempted to get a waitresses attention. She walked on by. We walked out.

Not sure what happened here but the food was spectacular and the service was superior. Things have changed for the better. You got yourself a frequent customer glad it's going great

Visited for the first time recently, mid-day, and it wasn't very busy. We were seated quickly, and after ordering it eas a very short wait.

I tried a meatloaf patty melt, it was good... lots of flavor. A side of respectable onion rings, but honestly my wife's fries were better. Her fries were light and fluffy with a crispy exterior, yum.

The service, decor, and prices were all just what I expected. Overall a nice lunch stop.

Have been frequenting B & B’s for some time. Best bar and eatery in the area by far. I would like to call out Cali for her exceptional service, attentiveness, and friendly personality. James.

Food, drinks, and atmosphere were amazing. Our server Karlie was the absolute best and was so friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back again!!

Initially, the service was a little slow. BUT our server apologized many times over. Our food came out hot and quick. No one is ever perfect, but taking ownership of a problem and working hard to correct it is 5 stars in my book.

10/10 thanks Savannah - always a great server- Cali wrap was 10/10 as usual! Keep it up!
