The chicken is smaller was grainy …. Very disappointed. Not sure if we will go back. I realize portions are smaller everywhere but these are a hair bigger than a chicken strip.

Wife decided to go inside and pickup food because the driveway was busy tonight, get all the way home and missing a large fry. Chic fil a is great always, but lord is it frustrating missing food when you get home. Always check the bag at this location even if you go inside, save yourself the frustration. Other than that, we do love chic fil a.

I have been to all the other locations in the area and this store is by far the best one. The taste was amazing! The quality was impeccable. We had Gracie and Evan serve us and I just feel truly touched from my visit! Would highly recommend!!!! Kudos to you Kevin!

Staff at exist 20 was just ok the tortilla soup was thick and dry and clumpy and they didn’t have the tortilla strips and didn’t bother telling me until after it was dropped at my table and then she ran off fast and I had to go back to the counter to ask for them was given a quick no, but there was a taller gentleman who tried to check the back for some but was abruptly told no. Also, I didn’t see an adult insight. It seemed like all teenagers.
Chick-fil-A --- I am officially done with you. Soggy waffle fries, can't get my order right, NO pickles - NOT extra, burnt buns, cold chicken, more ice than drink, too over priced to be so bad. I gave you a second chance and you blew it again just as bad.
