Not letting google get all the good reviews and yelp the bad so here’s this. I've lived around ATL my whole life and rarely ever have problems with chick-fil-a, although this location constantly has issue. The only thing that is consistent about it is the amount of issues they have. To begin they have two lines one dedicated to mobile only orders as if we live in a high volume area and hardly anyone uses it. That alone causes a huge issue because of the way the lot is designed. The customer service seems to be awkward and very amateur. I've had several cases where this location gives me an entirely wrong order, forgets sauces or straws, and not putting lids on all the way! I can see by the general reviews and 2.9 star rating that everyone else seems to feel this way and they do not fix their issues. Just recently moved to the area and this has been the closest CFA to us so l've ordered enough times to have a valid opinion.

We love Chick-fil-As chicken sandwiches & nuggets, with fruit. We also love their breakfasts; our favorite is their Sausage, Egg & Cheese biscuits with hash browns, or fruit. Their locations are well maintained, and their staff is always helpful & friendly.

Ridiculous to try to eat as healthy as possible. I ordered a salad that had full uncut leafs of lettuce..and packed with cold dry chicken...Who does this...Grilled chicken club sandwich bread dry and fell apart with dry hard chicken...Sad. Wesley Chapple do better...smh...

If I could give 1 million stars for the service, I would! My husband and I went there with our three year old this evening. Our food was great, as always, and my son wanted to trade in his toy for an ice cream. An amazing lady (wish I remembered her name) told him that he could actually make his ice cream cone. It was such an amazing experience, she let us go back and helped him make his ice cream cone and then everyone cheered for him! The look on his face was priceless, and he smiled for the rest of the day. This was such a heartwarming and positive experience. Thank you for taking the time to truly make a positive impact on people!

The only Chick-fil-A with a bad drive through. Ask for sauce, get none. No napkins, no straws for five drinks. Not great service. Weird Chick-fil-A experience.

We were at Disney World and stopped over here 3 times this week! We loved it! Great food and service and a nice location. We will be back next time that we are at Disney World or the area.

I came here tonight after a hard day of work, excited to use my points on a free large fry because the fries here are amazing, and yet… there was no one at the drive through. Out of curiosity, I drove around the building to see the drive through lady just sitting in the restaurant, talking to another worker! I’m sure plenty of others were sitting there waiting on her as well… I am disappointed in this restaurant and my visit. Despite how much I loved this place, I’m done after that. I am never coming back, hopefully Zaxbys will treat me better.
I’m only giving 2 stars because it was after 9:40pm in the cold winter, so I can understand why she wanted to stay inside… but the least she could do was go back and forth.
