This chic fil a… I would describe it as a second home. I love this place. I love the people that come with it. I love getting my delicious delectable sweet ice cream treats. Every night. However, on my recent trip to this establishment, I had a serious issue. And that issue is with the management. On my recent trip I was enjoying my delicious meal and chatting with some members of staff when I was.. dare I say scolded.. for “distracting the team”…. Which I thought was sort of uncalled for way to talk to a customer And sadly this is just one example of the cold unwelcoming experience u get from the managers. They have honestly never made me feel welcomed. The normal staff and team leads are nice but managers are condescending and rude. I believe we can turn this around. It’s not too late to fix this issue. To whom it may concern. This management issue is detrimental to the vibes in the restaurant and must be addressed. Perchance.

Fall break and store not crowded at all! Went two days in a row for kids for lunch. Both days did not get full orders and items missing. Had to drive back up there! Do better Chick-fil-A you’re known for superior service!

Not letting google get all the good reviews and yelp the bad so here’s this. I've lived around ATL my whole life and rarely ever have problems with chick-fil-a, although this location constantly has issue. The only thing that is consistent about it is the amount of issues they have. To begin they have two lines one dedicated to mobile only orders as if we live in a high volume area and hardly anyone uses it. That alone causes a huge issue because of the way the lot is designed. The customer service seems to be awkward and very amateur. I've had several cases where this location gives me an entirely wrong order, forgets sauces or straws, and not putting lids on all the way! I can see by the general reviews and 2.9 star rating that everyone else seems to feel this way and they do not fix their issues. Just recently moved to the area and this has been the closest CFA to us so l've ordered enough times to have a valid opinion.

We love Chick-fil-As chicken sandwiches & nuggets, with fruit. We also love their breakfasts; our favorite is their Sausage, Egg & Cheese biscuits with hash browns, or fruit. Their locations are well maintained, and their staff is always helpful & friendly.
