We were close to 10 motorcycle riders that walked in with our wet rain gear, boots, helmets etc looking for food (dint know it was closing time). They were so welcoming and severed us food with a smile, gave us everything that me needed extra like water, condiments extra sauces and not a single sigh from them even when they were about to close. The manager or the owner had a little conversation with us at the end and knowing about our journey ahead he gave all of us cookies. This is what chic fil a is all about, feeding not only the tummy but the soul. You guys rock! Hey btw the sticker you gave me is on my motorcycle bag ;) Love you guys, keep us the good work.

I think people are so used to eating unhealthy that they don’t realize how sweet their nuggets are. Haven’t been here in almost a year, got a 12 pack nugget meal and was taken aback by how sweet the batter was . This is not the Chik fil a food I once knew

I know millions like/love Chick-fil-A, but it's too salty for me. But watching the operation is pretty impressive. They have fine-tuned the fastest most efficient way of getting you the consumer your food in a timely fashion.

Ive been to this location multipule times. But I came by at 9:30pm tonight to pick up a mobile-thru order and had ordered a mac-n-cheese. They were out of mac-n-cheese and told me they had some cooking but it would take 15mins. I chose to wait for it. Now I live 20mins away, so imagine how upset I was to get home and find that the medium mac-n-cheese i waited 15mins for was not in my bag but instead there was a medium fries. Im very disappointed especially since not only did i not get my mac-n-cheese but I got something that was not of equal value. On top of it all today is the day before my birthday so this was a treat for me. I would have been more understanding if I didn't sit there waiting for 15mins to not get what I ordered and was promised.

Their drive thru seems a little confusing but it goes really fast
I’m from out of town, and I always love Chick-fil-A for its consistent, great-tasting food no matter where I go. But when I visit family and use this particular location, something is often wrong with my order. Last time, an entire entrée was missing. Today, there were no sauces, utensils, or straws in the bag. It’s disappointing, because I know the brand holds itself to a high standard, and I just wish this location paid more attention to the details that make Chick-fil-A so reliable everywhere else.

December 23, 2024 Ashley, Mary, and I got Chick Fi La breakfast and worked, then went to H Mart in Johns Creek, had Chew Young Roo for lunch then headed to Matcha Cafe Maiko for some ice cream and a latte. Later that evening relaxed watching Christmas movies and 90 day fiancé!

Paid almost 8$ for cold chicken minis, and sprite that turned out to be just carbonated water and they forgot my hashbrowns due to them not ringing up my order properly…
