I've been to this location six times since moving to the area. I kept giving it the benefit of the doubt because I really like the food from Chipotle and Qdoba, but yesterday was my last visit. It's not worth it.
On previous occasions I've had no issues with the food though the serving staff continuously displayed a poor attitude. I even had a guy roll his eyes and sigh because I ordered two burrito bowls with two people behind me. Like I was inconveniencing him to do his job!
Yesterday, it was 12:35 pm, no one was behind me when I ordered and yet the person serving me was throwing the rice and beans and meat on the plate like her life was about to end. The bowl resulted in lots of rice, a handful of beans, and a few pieces of chicken and steak all sloppy... Some of it landed outside the bowl. The steak was mostly raw (I noticed when I got home and had to re-cook it) and I realized I went out of my way to pay for subpar ordering experience and food.
These workers need supervision and training. They should take pride in what they are doing to ensure food is fully cooked before moving it to the trays. Fake your attitude if you have to, that's part of the job. Fake a smile, listen to the order and take your time platting it, make it look nice, take payment without attitude and thank the customer for stopping by. In Japan, at a fast food place, you are greeted when coming in and upon leaving; Each worker takes so much pride in what they are doing... they craft each burger or sandwich as if it was a piece of art. Their work personally represents them and the company. This should be emulated.

Always out of rice, staff sits there and stares at you for 10 minutes and says nothing. Portion sizes are terrible. The Chipotle on 92 is 10x better.

Racist!!! POC don’t come here! Red hair girl gave all yt customers very large servings of meat and when I ordered she gave me less than a regular serving, so when I asked for more she said “ that’s a double “ I said no problem then she still gave me a small serving…. Then as I was ordering a standard steak bowl that protein serving was small too. I left mid order and said NEVER MIND.

I assumed I would have my order serviced the same as others and unfortunately I was very wrong. Not to mention in line for 20 mins!! I will spend my money where Im welcomed

Went to the nearest taco bell bough a box 4 different tacos , chips and cheese and a drink for $9… ordered 2 boxes. Thank you

It’s like I’m just eating soggy rice and vegetables!! Hardly any steak which cost more! No salsa which was ordered! Soggy from too much sour cream!! A total waste of my hard earned money!!!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!Better experience dining in!!!

First of all, this restaurant has to be experienced. Second of all, you may regret that experience. I’m appalled at the amount of negative comments listed here and the fact that absolutely nothing is done about it. I’ve never seen a place with so many employees milling around, and only two or three people actually working. As I stand here in line…. Really against my will…( my kids love Chipotle)…. Out of the fifteen or so tables in this restaurant…. 12 are dirty. This, mind you, with all these employees huddled together by the food prep section on the left side. Come on guys! Grab a rag and clean some tables! It’s not rocket science ! I’ve never seen in all my visits here, a manager or anyone that even looks like a manager. Not to mention things never change…. every time…. Always a line… almost always two people working the front line…. Always employees milling around doing nothing… tables always dirty. I can’t start to understand how a place can be managed so poorly. No napkins, drink section disgusting. The quality of food seems to keep going downhill… today the chicken in the quesadilla was nearly inedible. Hard pieces etc. I’ll be leaving an additional comment on the website. That seems to be the only remedy this owner offers as reasoning in response to all these negative comments. Please. If you experience any of these issues…. Let them know. Corporate can’t ignore them forever.

Payed over $6 for double meat for an online order and got barely any meat, about 5 piece of cheese and the bowl wasn’t even half full. $25 for this?! Criminal! You guys should be embarrassed.

Every time I order it's drowned in sauce, never enough rice, chicken is just fat bits, but worst of all it's always missing something. I order online often lately and it won't let me add silverware on the acrual order just as a side optipn for eaxh item.... t click a small button and every time they miss the silverware... the tortillas are left in the press too long they getvjard before they get to me and it's always leaking from the soup worth of sauce.... food is always cold, small portioned and sub par from here.

I hope that District Manager Jorge Montes is paying attention. This location needs an overhaul. I used to eat here once a week. With 4 kids, that adds up. But over the last year I’ve reduced that frequency to every once in a while when I hope the experience will be different than the last. But now I wonder if this is just the new standard for Chipotle. There will always be a paper sign on the door blaming “increased demand” for being out of something. They will always serve portions smaller than Taco Bell. They will always treat a customer like they are unreasonable for not wanting the bottom of the dried out chicken. It’s cool. I get it now. I pass Moe’s and Taco Bell to get to Chipotle. I will stick with those options in the future.

We ate at this location yesterday and were reminded of how good Chipotle is supposed to be! I've never been tempted to try the brisket before, as it always looks like dry, chewed up leather at the Towne Lake location by my house. However, it looked and smelled so good yesterday, that I asked if that was actually the brisket. Joel told me it was and assured me it was good because he was on the grill and made sure of it. I decided to get it, and let me tell you, it was amazing! My daughter tried it in the car, and after eating half of it in the parking lot, convinced me to go back in and order another bowl to take home because "our Chipotle is awful!" I highly recommend THIS location, especially if Joel is manning the grill!!!
