Some of the best BBQ I've had in ga, and from a food truck! Bbq nachos were 🔥

I thought burnt ends were supposed to be burnt… these were slimy, gooey and soft. Really gross

My wife has Celiac Disease. Owner was very knowledgeable about what would be safe for her to eat.

Oh best ribs ever! We've tried brisket too... very good! There aren't a whole lot of options as far as sides go. I think they could stand to broaden their menu a bit. As far as service goes... everyone has been friendly but it is not uncommon to run out of drink. I've noticed allot of playing on their phones. You've literally got to flag them down to get anything. Now like I said.. not all of the waitresses just a couple. The prices are a bit high i think but not so high that we won't go back. Over all.... it's a great place to eat. The atmosphere is just kinda dull/ boring but very clean.
Went again tonight which is Thursday 1-16 just before closing. Had good service. Didn't feel rushed to get out of there. I'll raise up their stars. I saw no one on their phones tonight and our waitress came back to check on us repeatedly! I still think they could brighten up the place but the next person may absolutely love it.

Food is good, portions are a good size, service was friendly.

We love this place. Food is great. Staff very friendly. I just recommend to slow down some. Everytime we order the BBq flatbread you for get the arugula. Also your drinks, just try to remember the garnish, the small details are worth alot.

My fiancé and I brought my parents who were visiting from Orlando to try some of what I believe is one of the best BBQ spots in central GA. My parents were a bit skeptical but once we got the loaded tots as our appetizer they threatened to fight us over the last few bites which led to us having to order another hahaha. The burgers were phenomenal and the beer selection was amazing. I highly recommend if you're in Ballground to go and try Choate BBQ! You won't be disappointed!

Just ate this BBQ at the Cartersville festival today for the first time. It was the WORST BBQ I’ve ever eaten!! The coke slaw was terrible as well!!! The sauces were horrible!! An absolute waste of money!!! So disappointed!!!
