I've been to probably 100's of boba shoppes across the country. I've never seen so many fruit tea flavors in my life!!! I got a BANANA passion fruit boba tea tonight. Great & friendly service on 2/5. Will go back!

Cloud Tea in Canton is an absolute gem! I ordered the lavender milk tea with boba, and they absolutely nailed it. It tasted like what spring would taste like if it had a flavor—light, floral, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell they hand-brew their tea because everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. The space itself is cozy and inviting, with tables, couches, and even board games, making it a great spot for a study group or a relaxed hangout with friends.

I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!

Cloud Tea is under new management and I’m so happy they are. I read the reviews and let me tell you, the new owner and new staff are so friendly! My son loves the brown sugar boba tea, and I had a delicious Iced Spice Chai! They have so many flavor combinations; if you don’t see it, just ask! They add seasonal flavors throughout the year as well. Do yourself a favor and give it a second chance.

This place is great! The pearls have so much flavor! I got a raspberry tea with peach and strawberry pearls. This place is very great! I suggest this place very much! Great service and very friendly people there.

Not very good. No tea flavor in my coconut lette. So probably not real brewed tea in their drinks. Menu is lacking variety- everything is just either fruit tea or artificial flavored milk tea. No real fruit drinks, no unique flavors. Oh and the pineapple fruit tea tastes so overwhelmingly sweet and again, no tea flavor. When you charge 6.95 for a regular size tea, I expect a decent drink. May not be the real Asian quality boba but at least good flavor or good ingredients. Honestly boba tea market today, you guys gotta be more serious than this.

Really great boba spot! They have some fun games and ample seating. The staff was really nice and let me customize my order to get a Vanilla Green Milk Tea and it was one of the best milk teas I’ve had in a while! Really excited to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Always a great experience! I always love my drink and they never disappoint, definitely check them out if you’re in search for something refreshing or tasty.

My daughter and I love going here! All the staff warm and welcoming, and you can watch them make your custom boba orders! Not only that, but the flavor is always the best I’ve ever had! 1000% recommend!!

My three kids and I have been coming here for a few years now. Needless to say we love it...! Drinks are good staff are super friendly and the atmosphere isnt over the top but isn't bland. To us it's just right!

Sweet new owner, Jessica, let us come in 20 minutes early, while she was still opening up for the day!! This was my first time here, and I didn’t know they open at noon. She explained the menu, and her awesome ideas on redecorating. I ordered the fruit Lavender with honey pearls, and my son got the one with the Oreos in it. They were DELICIOUS! My son slurped his down before we could even leave! She is still tweaking the menu, so I’m sure there’s more to come! I highly recommend Cloud Tea in Canton!!
