Cloud Tea

I have been taking my step children here for over a year we have always had great service and the owner James has always been kind to us, him n my boyfriend always talk and it’s always been a great experience. Well today we took them and the lady that was working was so rude she only gave us part of our order claiming we didn’t order the other part. I don’t usually make these types of reviews and it’s not the business fault.

Pros: Friendly service. The location and space were fine. My kids enjoyed the games.

Cons: The employee was entirely alone on the Saturday afternoon before Christmas.

Drinks were totally subpar. Tapioca was all stuck together. They ran out of tapioca while making our drinks so one of us didn’t get any and had to choose something else. Caramel milk tea tasted like water.

I’m not knocking the employee at all. She was very nice and did her best with what the owner/manager gave her to work with.

It was an unfortunate experience overall and not one I plan to repeat.

I want to like this place so bad I keep going in for a brown sugar tea and every time I do there is zero sweetness to it which makes me sad because every brown sugar Bobo I’ve gotten is the best dessert ever

Friendly customer service but flavorless milk tea and overcooked tapioca pearls.

I really enjoy the Matcha and Brown Sugar here. Also this place has a really cute flower wall for photos. I stop here at least once a week

Buy a tea kit from Walmart it will taste better than this. Powdery tasting drinks never again

This was a really awful experience. They gave me 100% sweetness when I asked for 0%, and they put approximately 15 pearls. Not to mention the fact that I was the only customer in there. This was nothing that I wanted.

Bubble tea was trash dirty flavored water with clumped pearls. The girl proceeds to tell me that it is Boba. That’s been sitting there all day.Ask for a refund they said they don’t do refunds and the drink that they gave me to replace was horrible as well. Threw it out. They have these two young girls that don’t even look 18 years old attending the shop and the poor kids. Don’t even know what they’re doing. It is obvious that the product is horrible when they say no refunds on a big sign at the register don’t do it take your money elsewhere!

The owner was here and he is absolutely amazing. I've been coming here for 2 years and he's been rock solid in everything! I'm never disappointed by what music is on or the decor. AND the drinks are so amazing I always get 2 every time I come! I'll never stop coming here he's the best!

Dietary restrictions: Everything on menu is listed as you build your own drinks. If there are things you can't have he or any employee here can recommend what to steer clear of

Kid-friendliness: He never plays anything over the speaker that's inappropriate in anyway and there are selfie walls that's are amazing

I had great hopes for this shop. This was our second visit since they opened. Service was friendly but very slow with just 3 other people in the store. They were out of two pearl flavors. Bare bones decor and furniture. With how popular bubble tea is these days I don't understand why it feels like they are on their last leg.

I had my 2 sons and my 2 nieces at this restaurant my sons are white and my nieces are mixed. The owner offered my nieces free little trinkets without ever saying a word to me then when my nieces asked about my 2 sons the man said no that there parent can pay for them $5.00 and again never looked at us nor spoke to us only my nieces. Then I told him that it wasnt right and he started cusiing at me and arguing. Very racist black man. Also the bubble tea did tast horrible and thats a genuine review of our experience at this mans little shop.
