My Brother and sister in law (Bill Brewer and Jennifer Brewer) sent me a bag of your chocolate raspberry coffee in Florida for Christmas . Omg it was amazing the coffee tastes delicious I loved it was the best flavored coffee I’ve ever tasted. Will definitely be ordering some soon.

They gave me a sauce that is about to expire in 3 week. I dont even want to open it if it has mildew inside. Will not do anymore buisiness after reaching out with no response. I had no problem with the other sauce as it expire in 2026.

I had an issue with FedEx delivering to the wrong house. They helped me to settle everything very quickly. Sent out a replacement even after we found the package. Been ordering from them for years. We love the coffee. Customer service is second to none. They went above and beyond tp help me. They were so nice and understanding! I would highly recommend CoffeeAM to anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee. They have many other products as well. I urge you to check them out for yourself. Great prices!

Low prices, but low quality so the value is modest. Here's pictures of my 5 lb of whole bean Cookie Doodle Coffee where clearly they just poured syrup on the top section of beans on the top of of the bag. I've tried to talk to them about this but they just ignore me. This is the last bag I'm going to buy, it just seems that they don't care. Instead of actually at least stirring the Cookie Doodle syrup flavor into the beans they just pour it on top of a large 5 lb bag. Lazy.

I should have read these reviews before making a purchase. I tried four different varieties that were supposed to be “ light “. Not only were they almost dark roasted, they tasted worse than Folgers. What is the point of paying a high dollar for organic coffee that you cannot drink after reaching out to customer service I was told I would have to pay to return the items in order to get a refund. Please do not waste your money ordering any coffee from this place! They do not describe their coffee properly in terms of taste or roast level, and then they do not stand behind their product! This coffee is terrible you are better off buying in a grocery store!

I purchased 5 lbs of Bali coffe and the flavor was horrible and it tasted burnt. My guess is they over Roasted the Beans. I tired brewing the Coffee several ways, and it tasted always tasted horrible. I emailed Coffee AM and requested a refund or replacement and they never replied. I was stay clear of this company!

Cherries Jubilee decaf - revolting and overpowering smell and taste. I tried grinding and mixing it with the chocolate and have ruined about a third of the bag of chocolate decaf. The revolting smell of the cherries jubilee permeated the house when I first opened the bag and it lingered overnight.

I had used COFFEEAM for 10+ years for their coffee and loose leaf teas, prices and free shipping (minimum $$). When I switched to Keurig, I stopped using COFFEEAM as their coffee pods were a little pricey. I also tried the teas offered on line. I sampled at least 10 tea vendors and was disappointed with each (price and flavor). So, I just ordered 4 different teas from COFFEEAM that I had missed from them and was NOT disappointed. Even though I didn't reach the min$$ for free shipping, l am still happy with the purchase...best loose leaf tea selection, flavor and price on the internet!
