Cherries Jubilee decaf - revolting and overpowering smell and taste. I tried grinding and mixing it with the chocolate and have ruined about a third of the bag of chocolate decaf. The revolting smell of the cherries jubilee permeated the house when I first opened the bag and it lingered overnight.

I had used COFFEEAM for 10+ years for their coffee and loose leaf teas, prices and free shipping (minimum $$). When I switched to Keurig, I stopped using COFFEEAM as their coffee pods were a little pricey. I also tried the teas offered on line. I sampled at least 10 tea vendors and was disappointed with each (price and flavor). So, I just ordered 4 different teas from COFFEEAM that I had missed from them and was NOT disappointed. Even though I didn't reach the min$$ for free shipping, l am still happy with the purchase...best loose leaf tea selection, flavor and price on the internet!

This is one amazing coffee roaster. I am a picky little bastard when it comes to coffee beans, and these are some of the finest and most consistent. My favorite are the espresso gold and the espresso Italia.. Shipping is fast and rate is very reasonable, and the coffee is expertly roasted and smells divine when you open the bag. For me simply put this is one coffee roaster that I can trust to get some of the finest coffee beans available. From beginning to end of the bag, the taste is superb and consistent with a velvety smooth crema and superb body and not syrupy or bitter at all.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I've been buying coffee from them for over 7 years. Brian, the sales manager, is the absolute sweetest. He even met me somewhere to expedite a shipment himself when I had messed up on ordering. Very nice people, and I get my coffee delivered within 2 days w free shipping and a 15% discount w orders over 200 lbs. I've never had a complaint from my customers. Many say it's the best they've ever had. We have tried many various roasts and have always been pleased.

As a self professed coffee snob that has been buying single origin coffee bean for over 35 years about 7 of which with CoffeeAm. I started my journey with a place on the Brooklyn Queens border, Dallis Bros. After being a customer for sometime the staff knew my taste preference. Upon entering the store,the staff would "wink" me over to the freshly roasted beans. Well I moved they no longer were retail and their selection went to blends. Where to go....hmmm. Fairway in Stamford CT roasted and their selection was good until they closed. I came upon CoffeeAm's website and decided to give them a road test. Okay granted shipping costs were high. Good selection, what I appreciated the most was description or better yet the coffee profile. This makes the buying easier. This past week I ordered, my package arrived. The first thing today and why I never paid attention to this before was the packaging. No extra fluff. The box was exact to my 2 pounds. Others like Amazon could take a lesson in this. Overall happy with the service and mostly the product.

I love this company! I don't know why they have less than stellar reviews. Coffee delivered on time every month, staff is friendly and coffee is delicious! We get the single source Guatemalan and love it! Wouldn't buy coffee anywhere else

Really annoying process trying to get a simple tracking number for my order. They force you to download and install some awful Shopping app to get a tracking number, and then that doesn't even work.Yo CoffeeAM, the internet solved emailing tracking numbers like 25 years ago. Get your stuff together.

I've ordered from CoffeeAM for years and have never been disappointed. I always get the decaf flavored samplers. If I'm not crazy about a flavor, there are plenty more to choose from. Anytime I've had a problem with my order (which is rare), Customer Service has gone above and beyond to make it right. Awesome company, awesome coffee.

I wanted to love this coffee so bad, because they have tons of decaf flavors, but you have to beg them to add more flavoring, and at supposedly triple the added flavoring, it still has virtually zero flavor.The beans arrive dry, brittle and taste bitter, and you have to try and stir a 5 lb bag with a big spoon, to try and redistribute the little flavor oil on the beans. I've hung on for over 1 year, but I've moved on. Sad, because they had so many good flavors choices.

I am not happy to have to do this review . As I am a business owner myself of 10 years . I have utilized your coffee and tea for my corporate and private clients for the past two and a half years . I had a horrible experience with your customer service , your office manager and someone who described himself as an office assistant. I would rather speak with someone then leave the details of this on this forum. I asked to speak with the owner, a director a manager someone in a decision-making capacity . Your office manager refused to give me any contact information . I would appreciate someone in management other than your office manager reach out to me please to resolve this issue . The way I was talked to and treated last Friday as a business owner was ridiculous.
