We went to Cracker Barrel Easter Sunday. It was only 2 of us so we only waited about 20 - 25 minutes. We have enjoyed eating there for years, but hadn't been in a long time. We were very disappointed with the food. The grilled chicken tenders just weren't good. They must have changed their seasonings. We needed a spoon for the mac & cheese because it was so runny. The steamed broccoli was basically raw. The mashed potatoes were barely warm. We were disappointed in the entire meal. This was the Canton GA location.

The greeter had zero personality. No smile, did not speak.
Our food arrived cold.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! Food was piping hot (even at 12:45 on a Sunday after church). Server (Karri) was on top of everything — we never had to wait on anything. But, kudos to the kitchen for piping hot biscuits. Some sister restaurants cannot offer anything but lukewarm biscuits when they open at 7 a.m.! We will definitely return - everyone was so welcoming, the restaurant and restrooms were spotless, and lots of interesting merchandise on sale!

The mashed potatoes were like cement. They’re always hard and never creamy.

Me and my husband eat at canton, ga cracker barrel every friday morning. I always get pancakes and my husband shares his country ham with me. This time pancakes were cold so butter wouldn’t melt…didn’t eat them. Even though i did not ask her, the Waitress was nice to remove the pancakes from our bill. My husband gave me one of his biscuits to eat with my little piece of ham. Hopefully the pancakes will be hot next time.

We ordered delivery for dinner. Over half of our food was missing the other half was burned or ice cold. The food we did get was bland and absolutely foul. The corn bread was literally black and hard as a rock. I phoned the restaurant only to have the manager tell me that he had been serving the cornbread all night and it was fine. No apologies or effort to make it right. Rude management and incompetent staff at this location.
