I don’t really have high expectations when it comes to customer service but no one greeted us or said anything except our name when the order was ready the entire time we were there, my toddler loved watching the employee make a batch of cookies but she didn’t glanced our way & looked annoyed that we were watching which doesn’t bother me but my girl was being so sweet & joyful & just impressed to watch & she’s just 3 so it just really rubbed me the wrong way. We went to nothing Bundt cakes down the street after & it was a different experience. We were greeted so brightly as we walked in & the employee complimented my daughters Santa dress & It was just so inviting & positive over there. I’ll definitely be choosing that over crumbl from now on.
