Roaches on the outside and inside of this establishment. Management needs to address this because I just recently read reviews and someone said the same thing from two months ago. This is unacceptable. Also, I could smell the inside of the store from the window and it smelled similar to an aquatic center which I found odd.
I decided to not eat anything from here.
I called the restaurant and asked for a refund and they informed me they could refund me if I came back to the store. I appreciated the gesture however, I’m not coming back to this establishment. If management would kindly find a way to electronically refund me, I’d sincerely appreciate it :)

Immediately after we got our ice cream, three of the staff went behind their Dairy Queen and started vaping and smoking. Makes me wonder how many staff were actually inside working? & how do they know if there’s more customers if they’re all in the back smoking. Kind of doesn’t give a good impression

This is the Dairy Queen 👑 80s & 90s kids grew up with. We haven't seen an old style DQ in a long time. But they're still making it right and always on point.
