Good Dominos location. Ive had delivery and pickup. Both times were on time, hot, and tasted like good ole dominos does. Plus they were super nice when I picked up.

I ordered 2 pizzas and bread bites this evening, the food was good after I heated it up. I selected carside delivery which was likely my mistake. I was told the pizza would be ready between 6:39pm-6:49pm. I texted to tell them I had arrived at 6:42 after receiving notification it was ready at 6:40pm. At 6:55pm I had to send a second push reminder to say that i was infact still there and had6nt left, was surprised when I hadn't received it but they were busy so I thought maybe they just need me to go in, I walked in and waited 5 minutes for someone to bring me my order which was only still considered warm because of the heat lamps. It had clearly been sitting for the past 15 minutes as the notification had said, after waiting to be addressed in the store for quite some time, a couple that had walked in several minutes after me was addressed first before someone from the very back realized and cane up to ask me my name. While it was a busy night, I felt that I was continously overlooked. It is a chain resturant and I can't say I should expect more, but it was a frustrating event for sure and I would say to at the very least use a different location. Unfortunately, I have heard this is the "corporate" location so I am disappointed to know this is the best they had to offer.

I ordered here 4 days ago. The pizza didn't taste right, and it made me very sick- some kind of bacteria infection. I don't know what kind of operation they have at this Dominos, but the product they are selling doesn't taste good enough to justify getting sick. Protect yourself and your family and eat anywhere but here.

Quick pickup pizza lunch. Was later getting to restaurant than expected. Pizza was still hot but not dried out. Plenty of toppings and cheese.

Best Domino’sedit: two years later and I came back to give this domino's 5 stars, but forgot I already did it. So, I guess they're pretty consistent.
I ordered 2 medium pizza and cinnamon twist and a liter soda for delivery and they did not give me my liter soda and my cinnamon and when I called they answered and hanged up in mid-conversation and called on another phone number and they did the same thing. It was terrible and I went to store in person and they would not hear me out.

Totally incompetent. I'm in a new development right behind walmart in riverstone parkway less than a mile from the store. The Holly Springs store almost five miles away, delivered an order about a week ago, with no problems.The manager hung up on me and refused to honor my order after waiting almost an hour. I had no problem ordering online. I totally had a problem with this 22 year old who clearly didn't want to do his job.

Absolutely horrible customer service, I ask to have the pizzas clean cut, they were not, then it was not cook right, it was still raw, when asking them to refund me, the manager asked me to come back from Jasper, so I did, and when I got there, he was using his hands no gloves to make pizzas, no care for hygiene, touching his cloths, forehead and then going from veggies to meats, he looked at the pizza and he could see it was raw, never apologized, just refunded me and went back to laughing and making pizza using his hands, did not even wash them after handing the register and money ?
