The Great Peety

The crust says “Thin and crispy”, NOT “Burned to a crispy”. I used to work at Domino’s, the thin crusts are supposed to be pushed in approximately 1 tray length into the oven when the temp is high. Someone needs to step in and retrain this crew.

The past two times I have ordered, they refused to deliver. Yet their systems said it was on it's way. Their text update said the driver was in my neighborhood. They simply lie, then I get to dispute the credit card charge.

I ordered pizza last night was given a 35-40 min delivery time, that was fine until it turned into a 1 1/2 wait and when I called to cancel she said she was sending out driver. When pizza was delivered it was burnt with so much sauce you couldn’t eat it. I called and spoke with “TODD” if that was even his name because he didn’t even want me to give me his name. He refused to do anything about the order even when I offered to bring the pizza back! Don’t even see how he made it to manager with that attitude!!!

The manager with glasses is very rude. My pizza came out well done and I asked her to remake it and she said no because their oven is too hot. WELL TURN THE OVEN DOWN OR TAKE THEM OIT EARLY!!! That’s not my problem as a customer and she also refused to give me a credit or refund me. I will not be coming to this location ever again. The district manager needs to overhaul this store!!! Don’t waste your time or money coming to this one. The one by Walmart is 100000 times better.

I’m not sure how a pizza place has multiple times lost my pizza and made me wait an hour to get my food as well as forgetting to put on pepperoni on a pizza that only had pepperoni

Two young men didn't know and didn't care what they were doing my order was a delivery it was so burned the cheese was hard as a rock and so was bread I drove to return and showed them it was left on counter while they waited on 3 other customers ,2 was compling one man had 6 pizzas said he had waited 4 hours another woman had pre-ordered a pizza for her sons ballgame they could not find her order she left angry the third was a phone in order for several bowls I watched them being taken from oven they were totally burned ,when I said something the cook said it's only the sauce then I got insulted by the one running cash register, I don't spend my hard earned money for food that's not fit to feed a pig or to be insulted, places like the Hickory Flat Store gives Domino's a bad name ,I will Never go to Domino's again8

No improvement, actually might be worse. Fist time ordering in a long time because of how bad our last pizza was and it's still bad. All the pizza was overdone and burned around the edges and random onions on pizza that didn't have onions. You can tell these employees are disgruntled or just not managed well.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I called to ask about why my delivery was taking so long. I was told 35-45 mins originally. Instead, my pizza sat there getting cold for a half hour. I called and was given an excuse about not having drivers. Instead of offering something for the mishap, I was told, "You'll get your pizza when you get your pizza." Amazing handling by Domino's.... Customer service is gone nowadays. Delivery driver was very friendly, though, and definitely not their fault.

I ordered a simple large pepperoni pizza with two cokes - waited OVER 2 hours for pizza to deliver and it never delivered. Called multiple times and was told there wasn’t anything they can do but wait until a driver can deliver even though they told me it has been sitting on the rack. Two hour old pizza sitting on a rack waiting to be delivered is DISGUSTING!! Seeing the other reviews…obviously the franchise owner doesn’t care. I will be reaching out to corporate. After waiting 2 hours I called and asked for it to be cancelled!!!
