I ordered lunch at 12 pm despite the low rating reviews for this location. I'm happy I did as I received my order about 30/40 minutes later. The food was excellent: Pizza, steak and cheese sandwich, wings. My order was complete and delivered quickly by a friendly and respectful driver. Thank you Domino's.

We went online and saw that they were open until 2 AM....great! Placed our order at 12:20 and got confirmation that Jerica began preparing our order at 12:27. It's now 1:34, and nothing. We started calling shortly after 1 AM, and only got a recoding saying that they were closed. So you took my order, and it now just permanently looks like it's in prep mode, and you can't answer the phone? Done. If you are taking orders, you need to answer the phone. If you list your business as open until 2, you need to answer the phone.

Domino’s in Freehome, GA has become the absolute worst over the last year. Tonight, our order reportedly came out of the oven a full hour before I called the store directly to inquire. They said it was leaving the store at that time. We live less than 5 minutes away, but it finally delivered 25 minutes later. The food was all cold. The stuffed cheesy bread was badly overcooked and not cheesy at all. Beth tried to leave feedback on their website, but since the order came without labels, she couldn’t enter an order number and couldn’t post her complaint. Sadly, this has been our experience almost every time in a long time.

After ordering for over 10 years tonight we had our absolute worst experience. We placed an on-line order around 7:30pm. After waiting for over and hour we called the store only to be told they had no drivers but our pie was going out the door. No call no attempt to let us know there was a delay. However, when our pizza came the driver told us they had ALL drivers on hand and it was their busiest night. We will be moving on.
