Okay, so… the house margarita is terrible. My husband got a 16 oz regular house margarita on the rocks. I got a 12 oz house flavored (passionfruit) margarita. Both were pretty awful. We found out from our server that they make a big batch of “house margarita.” They tasted like bad juice with maybe a whisper of tequila. When our waitress came back to the table to check on us, she already knew…. She could see it in my face when I pointed to the drink. She said, “It’s weird, isn’t it?” She explained that their organic margaritas were better, so I asked to change my drink. The manager charged me for both! The organic margarita was MUCH better and tasted like an actual margarita. I was pleasantly surprised by how much better it was as I was initially hesitant to switch my drink at all given how bad the original drink was. The manager decided to surprise us with a charge for the original gross house margarita when the bill came. We will NOT be returning to Dos Margaritas. It is a shame because the food was decent, but I didn’t respect what happened at all. Had I known that I was going to be charged for both when I asked to switch to the Organic margaritas, I would NOT have switched my margarita. I didn’t even drink the nasty thing. Our server apologized profusely and stated that she would have just taken the disgusting house margarita off of our bill if it was up to her. The manager should definitely have made a better call than this.

I definitely recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere!

Pretty tasteless overall - certainly will not offend anyones taste buds as there is very little flavor to the food. Best part of the meal was the chips and salsa but it was all downhill after that. If you’re into bland food this is the place for you otherwise grab a taco kit at the Kroger in the parking lot and drive home.

This place has been here for over 20 years and delivers great authentic Mexican food. To all you new bougie people moving into our area and giving our local spot bad reviews is unwarranted, this is a family owned business with years of good reputation, I have many memories here. Your petty reviews won’t hurt them, us locals will always love and support this place. The service and drinks are always the best and I love their mini chimichangas! Thank you Dos team!

Terrible services. Can’t get a small to go order right. Tacos will fall apart before you take a bite. Manger has poor customer services. When I called to make a complaint about the wrong order and cold wet food he hung up. I do not recommend.

By far the best birria tacos and Margarita in town (skinny Margarita)! Try it and thank me later. We love every single server there- they really are the best! I am a Mexican restaurant connoisseur…I have tried them all from the fancy ones to the hole in the walls- none compare to the Hickory Flat Dos Margaritas!

Asked for cheese dip with steak and shrimp I got cheese dip with bean ,and steak and shrimp which pissed me off and I asked for a unsweet tea which I got sweet tea i have pictures if you don't believe me

We went to spend some time with some friends one afternoon, when ordering three orders of roast beef, I leave a lot to be desired for the roast beef, a piece of meat, two onions and a red paprika, $19 per plate, you can go elsewhere for the 38 in total of fresh water and fresh guacamole had more vegetables than avocado, first and last time with my friend Vladimir.

Days before Christmas, my boss invited us to eat there. The service was a 10 out of 10, and the food was quite good and generous. But a few days ago, I went to eat there with some friends. The service was a 5 out of 10, and the food a 2 out of 10, and they gave me a portion as if they were giving it to me for free.

I ate here about a year ago and it wasn’t that good but I thought I’d give him a chance I needed a quick cheese dip and salsa to go with my tacos. I was making. I went in there cost me $18 for our cheese dip and salsa and it came with one bag not even filled to the top with chips and I asked them. I said I got two different dips. Should I get a bag of chips with each and they were like no you have to pay extra I even pointed out that the chip bag wasn’t even full. How are you supposed to eat two big dips with half a bag of chips and he said I could just buy more chips.. no sir I will not be doing that and I will not come back to the establishment. My gosh, you buy dip, a large dip each large dip should come with a bag of chips.

I have been eating here for 15+ years. I'm treated like family. The food and margaritas are excellent. The staff has very low turnover and consistently provide great service. A great neighborhood spot!
