First let me say, I was recommended this place by two different people and the food was good, the prices great. But I will absolutely not be back after my experience this evening.Once the food was dropped off we never saw the waiter again. My son drained his drink and they never came to refill it or ask if we wanted anything else.Attached is a photo of a piece of plastic I found in my nachos, it is obviously from the cheese or lettuce bag when they tore it open. I politely informed our waiter Carlos who used a fork to move it around and said no it was not from there and laughed like I was trying to get something over on him. I did not ask for a refund or for them to remake my food. I told him so he could inform their kitchen to be more careful. I've worked in a restaurant before I know people can be terrible but I am not like that and I was not being like that.My friend that I invited to dinner with me, didn't like her drink, had one sip and asked for something else and they told her she had to pay for the lesser priced item she asked for. She would have paid, she didn't need to be told they would add it to her bill. But they wanted to make a point of telling her.She then asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no manager.There were even more issues when we got to the register but I chalk that up to the lady needing more training.All in all, I wish I could say the good tasting, great priced food, that came out fast can make up for the terrible service, but I can't. It's sad. But true.

Worst service , nasty food , nasty drinks margarita was all water . Service was awful no one never came by to see if we needed anything or even give me more tea I ate my food with no tea the taco salad was just nasty

Food is always good. Margaritas are always good. Best Salsa around. Waiters take time to know their regular customers . Dos is our favorite mexican restaurant in Cherokee County. Period!

The food was not that great and the staff need to learn how to serve the guests and not just drop the food prisoner style. Also the chinichanga was a burrito in disguise.

We eat here pretty often and love the food. The drinks are usually worthy of the cost as well. Sometimes the waitvstaff isn't quite as attentive as I'd like or misses something on the bill. All in all tho, it's a good spot to eat.

Been here for lunch quite a few times now, service is always good and get seated immediately. For such low prices, the food is always good. Can’t quite remember what it’s called, but I get a chicken breast smothered with a mushroom sauce, such a great taste. Chips and entrees always come out fast. Never had a bad experience.

4.4 stars what are people thinking. This is absolute trash and a complete waste of money. They served my burrito in a stale tortilla and told me it didn't come with cheese sauce even though it was listed in the menu. The chicken was bland and none of the other dishes were better. People reviewing this place must not have a palate. Even Taco bell is better. Don't waste your time, go anywhere else.
