I've been coming here for quite some time due to the location being close to me. Customer service is hit or miss. That I can get over. What I don't appreciate is being charged for a drink and not getting my money's worth. I get inflation and all that. I don't mind paying the price as long as I'm benefiting from it as well. They serve you a full cup of ice with half the coffee. If you ask for less ice.... guess what! You will still be served less coffee. Just got sick of leaving disappointed, didn't bother causing a scene. But will definitely not come back.

I have a real problem paying $15 for a dozen donuts that are probably a day or two old. I went there right around 9 am on a Monday morning and all but 3 of the dozen donuts I ordered were old. Alwqys been a dunkin fan but i don't think I'll go here for donuts again. Very disappointing.
Every time I have ordered from thro drive through window (4 time's) they have screwed up my order. I'm officially done going there. Race Trac down the street has excellent coffee and Krispy Creme donuts and pastries. Annnd!!!! I never screw up my order. 2 small coffees and 2 donuts is over $10 at Dunkin. The same order is $2 cheaper at RT. I really don't understand how they get it wrong so many times. Geez Louis. I don't know if it's Sunday morning staff issue or what. But I'm done going to church angry. Also, there is Ray's donuts down the street. I always forget about them on Sunday mornings. Dannnng!!! There are plenty of other options in Canton these days. Wake up and smell your coffee DUNKIN!

This Dunkin Donuts is an absolute disappointment. 7/10 they manage to mess up my food. I am allergic to egg and they still manage to put egg on my bagels. I order a large hot chocolate almost everyday and without fail, everyday my LARGE hot chocolate is a quarter of the way empty. Twice now I have received simply hot, brown, water as “hot chocolate”. I work hard to make money to treat myself and to be failed on a daily basis sucks. I do not have the option to go to another Dunkin either. However, the horrible service of this Dunkin makes it easy to give up Dunkin.

Walked here on a beautiful evening to find that only the drive thru is open.....the employees wouldn't even look at me....business noncommercial have to honr their hours.....pure laziness!
