Not a big fan of this place. Parking lot is small. Difficult to deal with small lot and odd drive thru experience. Donuts seem to be old and dried out not fresh. And did not like the issue when I went thru Drive thru, got to service window, and got screen shoved in my face asking for a TIP. A TIP AT A SLOW DRIVE THRU WITH DRIED UP DONUTS. If these kids don't want to work for low pay get a real job. With the experience I had I do not plan on returning to this location any more.

I come here often, but today I absolutely missed out on my entire order. Apparently they have a new promotion where if you give them $5, they will make you late for work and you won't get a drink! What a deal! I ordered a head as I was on my way to work. However, I got to the store and waited for over 15 minutes to get my order, and eventually I had to leave without it because I was late for work.

This location of Dunkin’ Donuts is always spot on! Samiey is in particular the most amazing manager I’ve ever come across. She not only on a personal level is great to work with when I come in for orders. But on behalf of the Cherokee high school PTSA, which I am currently the vice president, she donates and makes every single event that I ask for help incredible. She is so easy to work with and on top of her job!

Dunkin' is great for meeting up with your friends during lunch or during recreational period. They've got a radio playing, including multiple spots where customers can sit and chat. Wait times are basically nothing, by the time you are done ordering, your drink is ready. Staff is patient and eager to make customers enjoy the rest of their day with a hot coffee (and some chit chat). They also decorate for appropriate seasons.
