The food is fine. Pretty typical, nothing spectacular. BUT the employees of this specific location are by far the rudest I have ever encountered, not just at Dunkin but pretty much any fast food chain. I’m not sure if it’s protocol upon being hired to be rude and snarky, but all of these employees hit the nail on the head. Management really needs to reassess who they’re hiring. Will be driving up another exit to never have to encounter these grouches again.

I always like to leave a good review but this time I had a very bad experience I had a meeting a 8.30 and I came a day before to orde a break fast for my meeting I made the order but when I came in next to pick it up they said they don g have the order and all were lost and they didn t even apologize and I don t want to be lat for my meeting and asked them to call them a young girl her name lely she said is the manger and ever apologize or do any effort to find the order suddenly one of the coworkers find the order ,and was lat already for work and all of were acting lost and like children not responsible at all and that manger she was laughing bcs I told there no customer service at all and she though the at us and manger was working at 8 o’clock in the morning on 01/18/25 so please take consideration on this matter.

Today 10/31/2022 11:15 am the terror continues, long wait, bad service, lack of products, I was able to park. I withdrew the order. I know the Manager and I know that he is a very kind, efficient and quick person to deliver orders but when he is not there things do not work well. Today 01/15/2025 (update): they served me better when picking up an order, keep improving.

First i would like to start off saying this is NOT the new cashiers fault she is still in training, this is more about the MANGAMENT that on site. She was extremely rude, my coffee was wrong she didnt offer to make me a new one, my food was wrong so i proceeded with a refund vs dealing with the hecticness. As i gave my receipt to the manager so shes aware of my order she snatched the receipt out of my hand and i handed her the food as well and she snatches it from hands as well and aggressively throws is out in the trash, if you cant handle mess ups and then you shouldn't be able to run a business. As i got to the register to complete my refund shes snobby and rude to the new girl telling her to get out of the way as I a customer is experiencing this it was heartbreaking that someone can treat their employee this way. This was the absolute worse customer service i have had. My boyfriend recorded the whole thing too and i will be reaching out to the higher ups about this issue. Try to be more kind to your staff and your workplace would have more money coming in. Im just completely shocked that the manager would talk to her staff like this RIGHT IN FRONT OF A PAYING CUSTOMER thats how you loose business like come on now its not rocket science

I go to this Dunkin all the time. Haven’t always been the best but I deal with it. This morning was absolutely ridiculous. She rudely asked what I wanted, I proceeded to order a coffee then was met with silence. I said hello a couple times to see if she was still there then got yelled at over the speaker “Just give me a minute!” Who starts an order then just goes silent? No worries Starbucks is right up the street and they are always polite.

This has been my go-to for years, always great friendly attitudes, get the orders correct and quickly. Needed a big favor so the manager went the extra mile to get me the coffee me. Awesome!
The tall darker hair girl who takes orders in the drive thru is probably the rudest Dunkin worker I’ve ever encountered. They should let the girl who takes your money at the window take orders and leave the other one in the back. Terrible service 0/10 don’t recommend.

Coffee is getting expensive, but they always give me whipped cream and a donut hole for my pups, and I love that! Also, tasted like the dark roast was of better quality than it used to be, and if the quality has gone up, at least it isn’t just the cost like most other places.

i don’t usually leave reviews but the woman working night shift had the worst attitude ever. she had short hair in a ponytail with the sides cut. as soon as i drove up she gave me an attitude and was short with me. when she handed me my change she just about threw it at me trying to rush me out. i ordered a chicken croissant which usually comes with cheese and there’s none. i would’ve gone back but it’s like 4am and i didn’t feel like going back and forth with this person. i understand times are hard and jobs suck but as an employee they must handle customers with a welcoming attitude! no one should be treated that way.

This will be the new dunkin we go to. We typically go to the other one on marietta hwy but the donuts are never fresh and they never have anything. This dunkin however was AMAZING. The donuts were super fresh to the point they were still delicious the next day. I will definitely be visiting this dunkin' more.
