They do not extend any discount to military. I have been to other Dunkin’ locations that happily give a discount to military.

i only frequent this location because it is convenient to my job but the workers suck, the customer service sucks, the turnover rate sucks, everything about this location sucks! having a bunch of kids run this place was not a good idea, definitely need some good management to turn it around.

Amy is the best! She always has a smile and a happy demeanor no matter what time and she ALWAYS makes sure she is handing out good product. I ordered online and by the time I got there my cold foam had melted. Before even opening the window in the drive thru, she looked at it and fixed it. She’s always so sweet. This location has had some miserable employees and Amy is just refreshing and wonderful!

Whomever the female manager is here definitely does not need to be in charge of anything, especially a group of young impressionable laddies. They’re working their tails off and she’s barking about “drinks in her cooler.” Expecting them to stop what they are doing and correct the problem only she see. Mind you, the drive through is hopping. Listening to her mock the customers was disheartening to hear. Keep doing a great job ladies. Miss Manager, you need some training on how to handle yourself. It would be a 5 star review had she not been there.

Every single time I go in this location they are out of something and can't complete my order. This has happened numerous times and it's very inconvenient to drive to another store. Whoever is ordering their product needs to be trained.

People pay attention if you pay with cash because this morning I handed them $50 and my order was $11.87 and got $7 back the girl read my $50 as $20 now it took over 10 mints to get the rest of my $$$ back other than that this Dunkin is great best one in town other than employees needs to pay attention more and they still didn’t realize they gave me my money back had to mention it twice

I have rarely had a good experience at this Dunkin. Service is always slow and every worker I’ve encountered always has an attitude. They are not inviting at all. Food and drinks they make are good, although they are out of a lot of stuff sometimes. The poor customer service makes me not want to come back.
