They don't follow through with drinks and could careless if right. Generally lazy tongue attitudes.

They never have enough donuts
We come pretty often, I have a toddler that loves their Strawberry frosted doughnuts… Their donuts are always so fresh. I always get an iced caramel macchiato, they never disappoint!!

This location needs to hire more qualified staff. To the dark haired caramel skinned female, who was operating the drive-through this morning who said “there’s nothing I can do about it“ that is unacceptable customer service and this is coming from a store leader in retail. There is a better way to have handled yourself. I’m beginning to think the long line through the drive-through this morning was due to her inability to remain professional and do her job appropriately. I pass two Dunkin’ Donuts and will continue to go to these Dunkin instead of this one thank you.

One time I went and the egg sandwich was literally ice cold in the middle. Also forgot the bacon on my avocado toast. Plus it took 10 trillion light years to get my food
I used to have come into this location. I pass it every day going to work. And I don't know if they're under new management or what? But the lines are literally always wrapped around the building, and the people. The team just seems to move super slow. The drive through is ridiculous. I don't know if they are paying attention to that. And even the customer service has gone down. I ordered food a couple of times and it was completely burned and I was told that that's how it's supposed to look. So I hope that this Location gets better
They do not extend any discount to military. I have been to other Dunkin’ locations that happily give a discount to military.
They were nice but they gave me a burnt sandwich and the sugar was settled at the bottom of my coffee. When I drank it, I just got a mouth full of sugar.

i only frequent this location because it is convenient to my job but the workers suck, the customer service sucks, the turnover rate sucks, everything about this location sucks! having a bunch of kids run this place was not a good idea, definitely need some good management to turn it around.

Amy is the best! She always has a smile and a happy demeanor no matter what time and she ALWAYS makes sure she is handing out good product. I ordered online and by the time I got there my cold foam had melted. Before even opening the window in the drive thru, she looked at it and fixed it. She’s always so sweet. This location has had some miserable employees and Amy is just refreshing and wonderful!

Whomever the female manager is here definitely does not need to be in charge of anything, especially a group of young impressionable laddies. They’re working their tails off and she’s barking about “drinks in her cooler.” Expecting them to stop what they are doing and correct the problem only she see. Mind you, the drive through is hopping. Listening to her mock the customers was disheartening to hear. Keep doing a great job ladies. Miss Manager, you need some training on how to handle yourself. It would be a 5 star review had she not been there.

Every single time I go in this location they are out of something and can't complete my order. This has happened numerous times and it's very inconvenient to drive to another store. Whoever is ordering their product needs to be trained.
