I bought a 1/2 dozen of vanilla cream filled donuts several of the doughnuts had no cream inside. I went back to the store and I was told that there was nothing they could do about it. Oops is not good customer service.

The help is very friendly and personable. They are quick. Make the food just right. Everything you want in a quick morning get it and go food place.
I came to this location for over a year now. Never had issues with the food and their service except the last two visits. We ordered one of bacon,egg and cheese in everything bagel last time. The bagel was burned very badly, but surprisingly they still use it on my order. I was pissed when I opened the order at home. Today, they forgot to put bacon on our " bacon -topped avocado toast" and one piece of classic donut we ordered. Good thing I asked my daughter to check whole order before we drove home, then we went inside to made them fixing the problems. I saw five of them work together and that's how they did things today. So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

I gave one star for the dunkins. But people working there are not at all taking care of the food we order. We understand they are busy but they need to respect every one. They took my order wrong and when i asked i should see there faces and gave crossiant egg and cheese which is very cold and the cheese is really hard. When i asked manager kate he said thats how we do it. Oh my god really people go to eat if they dnt provide that what’s the use. Very bad experince.

Donuts tasted like chemicals. Order an apple fritter, which is a very specific type of donut. Didn’t look like one, looked like a donut inside. Iced Coffee tasted like sewage.
They are always serving everyone before all of the mobile orders.
