I’ve been here 4x since moving to Canton in March of last year.
Once again, the customer service from the evening crew is terrible. Not one of the 4 employees working tonight had even the slightest sign of warmth or care for the customers they were serving.
Talk about losing your appetite, if I wasn’t buying for my wife as well, I literally would have left my food and walked out, even after paying.
Let’s go FH, do better, hire better, train better, or get out of the business of customer service.

The young gentleman who was making our sandwich and the female cashier were both nice enough and the restaurant was clean but the real star of the show was our Italian submarine sandwich which was expertly made and absolutely delicious. The bread was soft and the amount of meats and sauces were just right. My dining companion and I split the sub and I had the pickle. It too was just right. It was the best sandwich I have had in years. My dining companion does not have the experience eating at places like this in cities and suburbs across the country that I do. He was blown away at how good it was. I used to eat at this chain all the time back when I lived in places like that but that was close to a decade ago now and I am not sure if I remember it being quite this good. My dining companion said that Firehouse Subs in Canton GA made the subs we eat at the delis in the small town in which we live seem amateur in comparison. He also said that the place smelled great when we walked in. We ate lunch here around five o'clock pm or so in the late afternoon of Wednesday, November thirteenth of the year two thousand and twenty four.
Parking: The parking was great. It wasn't too busy and it was in a very nice upscale shopping center.

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! I’ve never experienced being TOTALLY ignored in any other Firehouse Subs location. The three employees NEVER smiled, never welcomed me in, and acted as though they were mad that I even care come in to place an order!! I won’t be back and I do not recommend this location.

Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE!!! No one spoke to me, no one smiled, and no one seemed to even want me to be there. I’ve never experienced this lack of customer service in any other Firehouse Subs before. I definitely don’t recommend this location.

Good food, HORRIBLE service!!!! Don’t go to the Riverstone location in CANTON, GA!!!! They obviously don’t like or want customers!!!! RUDE, disrespectful and disinterested in customers.
Awful awful awful. Great food. Awful service. Firehouse needs to get their act together - there's a LOT of competition and their employees are failing more and more. I know it's hard to find quality employees but some places are doing it well...
I will not be coming back to this location. People who don't care, don't care to do their jobs well.

7pm, Friday, Jul 12th. Chubby girl at register is the most nasty person ive ever met in a restaurant. Rude with the worst attitude. My experience was horrible. Food is good though but be prepared to be disrespected. How she treats customers is unacceptable.

Seven of us went after church on Mother’s Day. We were just moving 2 tables together and the lady started shouting from the cash register that you can’t do that. Not once but several times. She was loud and VERY rude! Not to mention embarrassing because everyone in there was looking. Her reasoning was people don’t slide them back.Well, isn’t that part of your job? Clean the tables off, which they weren’t and make ready for the next customer. Her kind of attitude was not appropriate. I have owned a restaurant and she would be fired for that kind of treatment. WILL NOT GO Back!!!

It was brought to my attention that it is my responsibility when picking up an online order to confirm all items ordered are in the bag…. Top notch advice from the manager…. Make sure you check those bags. Nothing will be offer as compensation… it’s all on you as the customer….

Y’all should really reach out to me before this becomes a larger problem. This is extremely frustrating. The past 4 times not once able to eat either sandwiches they have made us. I just get ham and cheese and not once have they put 2 things on it correctly today I ordered ham and cheese guess what I got I got a turkey with no cheese sandwich I hate turkey and definitely don’t want a cold half way heated turkey bread sandwich since they forgot to put meat on the bread
