I’m not a big BBQ fan, but this is the best BBQ I’ve ever had. It was catered at a wedding I attended and they served the brisket, ribs and pulled turkey with their sweet sauce and peach sauce. The sides included sweet potato soufflé, mac n cheese, bbq baked beans and salad. The brisket had the perfect char, as did the ribs, and was the most tender, juicy and flavorful I’ve ever had. My husband and I stopped to eat at Four 41 South BBQ barbecue after I kept seeing their Tiktoks on my For You page and we were not disappointed. We both ordered the brisket sandwich. 441 Barbeque is incredible! The ribs were falling off the bone, perfectly tender, and the smoked chicken was juicy and flavorful. The sauce tied everything together with just the right balance of tangy and sweet. If you love good BBQ, this spot is a must-visit!
