subpar food. underwhelming buffet for the price. meat was burnt. servers are nice but service is slow. management doesn't acknowledge mistakes.

I’ve ordered from this place many times and the food’s flavors are really good. I really enjoy the Chicken Panini. However, almost every time i order this menu the thick areas of the chicken are not fully cooked where the inside is pinkish and specks of chicken blood can be found, which is a food safety concern. Also the fries that come with it are nothing like the picture online at all and they are very mushy and a deep brown color from the grease it absorbs. If the fixes to the cooking of the chicken and fries are not made I most likely will not be ordering from here again. Another issue is the long wait time. Once you order the food takes about 45-50 minutes to be delivered. Therefore the service is two stars.

Update:I called them and both the staff and manager were very friendly and polite and considered my concerns. I explained to them what happened and they apologized and asked if there was any way they could make it up to me. I wanted to give them another try and made the same order to see if it had improved at all. I have to say the sandwich was very delicious with the chicken cooked properly. The fries were also not greasy or burnt, however they can still be improved. Being as the speed of the food preparation went from 50 to around 20 min, I would have to say their service was improved as well. Keep in mind I went during a tuesday this time, so it might have just been because they weren’t as busy. Overall, their service was a 5 out of 5 for me and the food 4 out of 5 since the fries definitely need some more improvement. Therefore, my broader experience was a 4 out of 5.

Food is good when you can get it
We left without being served out food exactly one hour after being seated. The table beside us arrived 25 minutes before us and was served 10 minutes before we left.

Absolutely beyond disappointed. A friend had recommended we try this restaurant for take out so we ordered dinner for my husband for his birthday dinner because we were too tired to go out. We called and were put on hold for 11 minutes and finally gave up and ordered online. Then, he picked up the food and when we brought it home my son’s instructions for his pasta were not followed so he wouldn’t eat it. My husband’s Caesar salad had no dressing, my bistro steak salad was supposed to be medium rare and it was well done with NO dressing as well. The final kicker was we called and called when we realized everything was wrong and no one would answer. We will NOT be ordering take out from them again.

Went here for lunch for the first time. Fantastic experience all the way around. The burger is an A+ for sure. Also enjoyed the roast beef sandwich and the hand cut fries! We’ll definitely be back!

I normally do not reviews but I had to after my recent visit. not only was the food amazing but my server Hayden was also amazing. He was very attentive, kind, and charming would definitely recommend this restaurant and I most definitely will be coming back and asking for Hayden as my server again

A bit on the pricey side. The bar was a bit noisy playing Judas Priest? I’m not sure what type of atmosphere they are going for. $19 cheese spread app was ok, patty melt was ok but overpriced. My wife had the filet mignon medallions that she seemed to enjoy. Two iced teas and $74 later, just too pricey.

Food came out before appetizer. Fries dard and cold, they where those fresh cut fries. Appetizer was hot, didn't live up to its hype. THE Zucchini.
The Sweet Tea tasted like a dish rag had been left in the Tea Urn.
Server was okay, when she was there seemed a little indifference

The brownie dessert, was a quarter inch brownie with icecream on top.

I really couldn't stay an sign the check, had to leave that to the husband, I was so unhappy with the experience, I would have just left the server only a 2.00 tip.

Should have just left after tasting the really bad Tea, instead of spending 60.00 on a bad experience

My greek chicken kabob was rare. It took so long for us to find our waitress that the rest of our party was finished eating. She took the meal off the bill but left without eating dinner since I didn't want to wait 30+ mins for another meal to be prepared. My child's burger was very salty and she didn't not eat it. The cocktails were good but took 20 mons for a drink. The live music was nice.

Father’s Day brunch was so disappointing. For $30 per person, you expect to have great options of great food but it was neither. I live close so I really want this place to be great but it’s just not.
