Emily was our server and provided top-notch service. “Salt Factory in downtown Woodstock has been one of those places I've kept coming back to over the years. It's a solid restaurant and bar, and I've known quite a few bartenders and servers there during the last five or so years. What really keeps it on my list, though, is Leigha behind the bar. Leigha makes a great Old Fashioned, but it's more than just the drinks. Leigha has a way of making the bar feel comfortable and familiar, like catching up with a neighbor rather than just ordering another round. The conversation is always easy, never forced, and it's one of the main reasons my friends and I choose Salt when we're deciding where to go downtown. We usually check to see if she's working before making plans. That says a lot. Downtown Woodstock has plenty of good spots, but Leigha is a big reason Salt continues to stand out for us.“
