Waitress didn’t speak English. Ramen was mediocre at best. Plastic bowls and spoons and no atmosphere.

My husband just placed a pick up order for this place. We have been here many times and today was a horrible experience. My husband ordered a sushi bowl for me with a side of chicken. When I opened my bowl at home it didn’t have the crab meat or seaweed salad that is included for the bowl. In addition, he ordered a side of rice for my baby that was listed as $1 but she charged him $11.I called to fix the issue! I thought maybe new crew? So I called to ask for a refund. The lady answered and told me she didn’t understand and then told me that she doesn’t know what to do. SO SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I called back and asked, did you hung up on me? She answered: Yes, I did. (She could barely communicate with us) I asked if she speaks Spanish. She said Yes, (I also speak Spanish) so I asked her everything again in Spanish and she said: I do not know how to do a refund, I do not know how fix the issue I’m new here, nobody else here knows what can be done.I asked for someone else, maybe owners? She said not there until Tuesday and again said I can’t help you.So I feel like the place is just stealing money from us plus totally ruined our dinner. There was not even a little bit of sorry on the conversation with that lady!——I’m not sure how to reply to the owners question but I will update here and see if this works. The order was under Dustin William Carr and there was 2 orders bc for some reason she charged him in 2 separate transactions

I truly enjoyed my meal tonight from Gekko Kitchen, the chicken Hibachi bowl is delicious. It huge and filling and highly recommend to anyone that loves sliced chicken, broccoli, and zucchini in a tangy sauce. I also tried the pork bun an added treat for me. I came in on a night when it was storming and took my beak to go. As I waited for my food to cook I looked around at the restaurants decor. Very simple with all black chairs and tables . I want to point out I love the plants , they have some lovely ones as decor too All n all the food is tasty and yes, I would recommend giving them a try and stopping by to say @hi!"

We liked this restaurant! There's vegan and gluten-free optionsVegetarian options: You can make most menu items vegetarian or vegan by getting tofu instate of meat.Dietary restrictions: They have a few gluten free menu items, but I'm sure they use soy sauce with wheat in it in most of their recipes, so celiac folks, beware.

The service was good. Oddly the meals were brought out one at a time and the kids Hibachi chicken was luke warm. The spring rolls were mushy & water tasted like mildew. The restaurant itself appeared clean and industrial. The most recent health score was 80 according to the document on the wall. Wish we'd had seen that prior to ordering.

Always friendly and have a smile. I took a to-go order tonight with edamame and the ramen was delicious as usual. The only reason to be warned about this place is they don't accept cash & maybe a bit of a barrier while ordering. Otherwise it's delicious, easy, and fast.

Great food option at the Mill on Etowah. My family ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen Bowl, Spicy Salmon Poke Bowl, Spring Rolls, and Chicken Potstickers. The ramen had very good flavor and was not heavy. The poke bowl was a large sized portion. The Spring Roll was okay (texture was not that great). The potstickers was also good. Overall, I would order food from Gekko again.

If you like ramen, you'll love this place like me. The people here are always really nice and have never missed anything. I have mainly taken to-go orders; they always staple the bag and put utensils and chop sticks in there. It is small on the inside, but that's mainly due to its location in the mill, like every other place there. Even when coming in late, they don't close their kitchen early. I spend about $15 on myself every time. Please try it for yourself at least once I say it's worth it.

My second visit and was not disappointed. Fast, fresh and very tasty. A nice change from some our usual menu options. Had the Tuna Poke and it was great.

We were so excited to try this place because we really enjoy poké, but we were pretty disappointed with the overall experience. The girl at the counter barely said a word and we saw (after ordering) that she continually coughed and wiped her nose on her sleeve! My husband and I both lost our appetites by the time our food arrived. It was basic with no frills or toppings, but not terrible. The more we heard her cough, the easier it was to just give up and throw away the overpriced, small bowl of poké & germs! Will not return.
