First and last time coming to Guthrie’s unfortunately. We dined in and the girl that took our order was sweet, but we told her we didn’t want coleslaw and substitute it with either fries or toast. We thought she was ringing it up that way while we were standing there, but when we got our food we both had coleslaw on our plates. Then we paid $33/35 for tenders that were literally 2 inches long, thin, and about 1.5 inches wide. We had and 1-2 “big” tenders and they were the only thing that tasted pretty good the sizes were very inconsistent. While sitting there the employees were talking loud and cursing about their work/personal life. We could hear just about everything for example we heard about a pregnancy test someone took. For them to only have 2 tables that were occupied (that’s including us) the place was relatively dirty, a lot of the tables had stains and smears on them and our table was the cleanest one we seen besides the crumbs on the seat. They had a cleaning product sitting out in the counter in the open for anyone to grab. Then the party of people that were in there with us literally reached around the counter to refill one of their drinks. The girl who took our order and theirs comes out and see them and laughs it off I guess she told them she was supposed to be doing that and the customer goes “oh my bad I didn’t want to bother yall” and the employee goes “oh no you’re good”. Safe to say they don’t watch what’s going on here and if they turn a blind eye to that then what else are they turning a blind eye too. Needless to say we won’t be coming here again or recommending it to anyone.

This location opened at 10:30 am and by the time I arrived at 11:00 am; they were already serving cold chicken that is not crispy…as well as fries that are not fresh. I ordered extra sauce, that was not given to me. Seems like they should be able to focus on order details seeing as there were no customers inside or in the drive thru line. What are y’all doing in there? Where is management? I’ll never go again. No one else should either.

You should put on your hours on here and the hours on the door, that they close the lobby at 8pm at this location. Showed up at 7:45pm and was told we can't eat in because they close the lobby at 8pm but the door says 8:30pm Monday-Thursday and 9pm Friday-Saturday.

This was our first time at Guthrie's. We enjoyed it! Great tasting chicken strips and fries. They only do strips and are good at it. My son is the chicken strip connoisseur and rates these right below Culver's for the number 2 spot. We did the family meal, and there was plenty for the 4 of us. Clean, with friendly service, fresh cooked food so it took a few minutes to get it but worth the wait.

I’ve always had a good experience here. Food has always been great but now it seems to be somewhat in shambles. Not one single adult working. Bunch of kids “working” in the back not paying attention to the front. We waited 20 minutes for food and my wife’s was hot while mine was cold and soggy. All the kids in the back were dropping F bombs over and over and shouting at each other in the back not seeming to care that people were in the dining room, including my three year old. It was just very disappointing and extremely unprofessional. While we were eating, one of the workers came out of the restroom, leaned on the trashcan while texting before coming back out to the front counter. Bummed to see this place going downhill. The only promising thing I saw was one person that gave me a refill was actually nice and seemed to somewhat care.

Guthrie's should be way better. Seemed to be a lot of high school kids working and not one adult. Same girl was having to handle front counter and drive thru. The chicken was dry and overcooked, nothing like most Guthrie's. Bathroom was dirty. I was excited to eat here being from out of town, but leaving disappointed.

the manager named Debbie , she’s so sweet, I didn’t know what to get but she gave me a free sample of a chicken finger and was delicious also with the Guthries sauce . I got the box and came out fresh and hot . Liked the restaurant it was cute .

Don’t waste your time kids run this place. My boyfriend & I came to eat dinner tonight & as we were walking to the door the female that was working looked at us laughing & locked the door. The boy that was also working up front was laughing as well & they acted like they didn’t see us when we knocked on the door. It was 7:50 & they don’t close until 9pm. We had to call for her to tell us drive thru only. When she could have just opened the door & told us instead of laughing at us & walking away. Immature kids running this place will not be coming back.
