I have been coming to Guthrie's ever since it opened. I only live 2 miles away. My wife and I have enjoyed this place for years. I have also given this place the highest recommendation to other people. I am sad to say that it has been going down hill now for a long time. Not only have the prices skyrocketed, the quality of the food has gone down. We have quit them a few times but have given them other chances hoping they would get back to their stellar performance but are soon let down again. Today was the last straw. I always go inside to get takeout and usually park in front but there is only one parking spot. There are several in back and a convient back door right there, which I have been using for years. Today as I was getting in my car with my almost 30 dollar order I watched the guy I assume to be a manager hurry to pin a "Employees only" sign on the door. He had to really hurry to get to the back door with it so I could watch him put it up. Smooth move Sherlock, good job, message received. You won't be seeing me around anytime soon.

Insanely expensive. I paid 15 dollars and change for 4 tiny tenders and fries, and a small condiment cup of coleslaw. Food was good and was served hot, but I would expect that amount of food to be 8-10 dollars at a sit down restaurant. I should at least be full if I'm paying over 15 dollars for -chicken-.

have been coming here the past few years and have always had a wonderful experience but here lately the employees seem to not know what they are doing. I’m assuming they have new management but not sure why.. the previous manager was outstanding! We miss seeing her! This place has gone downhill sad to see :(

Our first time here and we had a great experience. My wife had the snack and I had the sandwich. We enjoyed all of it including the sweet tea. The crew was happy and gave a warm welcome. The restaurant and bathrooms were really clean. We will be back.
