As long as Diana is working a very good breakfast.... But when she's not there the busicits are not done and gravy is watered down with no flavor. No silverware and no salt or pepper when ask for it.

A poor dining experience since the last time I ate at a Hardee's interrupted by staff talking loudly with friends with scant regard for guests, and disinterested in my visit. My burger almost disintegrated as the bun is too puny and the fillings slip out. The fries are much smaller and weedy than they used to be. I had to ask for ketchup sachets rather than finding a condiment section. The meat did taste nice. The counters were clean but the dining area filled with smoke due to ovens being cleaned. Free, available parking convenient from the main road.

The ladies in there are such a fun time! I don`t get to go often as I don`t live close but the last few times I have been it has been such a nice experience. Its cleaner and the employees seem to enjoy their jobs and the management is great (the one issue I did have she fixed it quickly, it was minor) I hope to be back more often!

My husband and I went to this location for breakfast biscuits. When we got to the menu to order, Ashley greeted us. She sounded impatient and uninterested in us being there. We asked her to give us a moment. I haven't been to a Hardees in over 7 years. It did really take some time to decide. We were the only ones in line. Before we were ready she upped her impatient tone and asked what we wanted. My husband said we weren't ready yet. She came on a third time and sounded angry. We ordered and drove around. There was a really sweet woman who took our payment. She knew Ashley had been VERY RUDE! She wanted us to know it wasn't her that answered. We got our food and left and NEVER plan to return!!! There are too many options to put up with this kind of irritated attitude from Ashley.
The spicy chicken was AMAZING and the service was really quick. Diane's a trip!

Whichever employee that was working the drive-thru on Tuesday, 8/5 around 3pm made my experience great! I wish I had gotten his name, but I didn't think to ask at the time. My (online) order number was 37173151173214214, so maybe you can figure it out by that. The employee was very polite and efficient! This was my first time visiting Hardees in about 10 years, I think I had only been maybe once before... I would go back for the tasty food, but also because the employee was so nice to me. Thank you!

What a god awful place. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Terrible food and terrible staff, cold, tough, disgusting; I can’t say enough. Look at the tortilla in this video and how is that hamburger cooked? Fake grill marks and gray nasty beef that must be steamed. I loved Hardee’s as a kid, loved Carl’s JR in the 90s but this is pathetic.
