Whichever employee that was working the drive-thru on Tuesday, 8/5 around 3pm made my experience great! I wish I had gotten his name, but I didn't think to ask at the time. My (online) order number was 37173151173214214, so maybe you can figure it out by that. The employee was very polite and efficient! This was my first time visiting Hardees in about 10 years, I think I had only been maybe once before... I would go back for the tasty food, but also because the employee was so nice to me. Thank you!

What a god awful place. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Terrible food and terrible staff, cold, tough, disgusting; I can’t say enough. Look at the tortilla in this video and how is that hamburger cooked? Fake grill marks and gray nasty beef that must be steamed. I loved Hardee’s as a kid, loved Carl’s JR in the 90s but this is pathetic.

The food was alright, the service was pitiful. The guy running the drive through either needs to accept his future or find a new job. He cut me off 3 times trying to order my food then pretty much slung my change at me dropping half of it outside and just walked away. No manners and obviously no management either
