Biscuit and gravy was so watered down and flavorless. Idk if it was a bad day here but it doesn’t taste how i know it’s suppose to taste. Customer service was better than the other two times I’ve went. Last time drive thru was very rude and nonchalant

All the drinks were out of fuzzy stuff, super gross, and chicken was gross and cold. Also got a kids meal and it had no toy.
Customer service was great as the staff was friendly and made sure the order was correct. The food was hot and correct which is always a plus.

Didn't let us know our order was ready. When a customer let us know our order was ready. We went to get it. Fries were cold, burger was cold. There was no tray liner and the tray was dirty. So our french fries were sitting on a dirty tray. Went to get a refund was told to insert our card. Another customer came up to complain and get a refund. The guy never told us we were done and to remove out card. He just started processing the other return.
