Jersey Mike's Subs

I don’t post often, but I had to today. My daughter and I, who has celiac disease went to Jersey Mike’s on Riverstone in canton Ga. And ran into Caden. She had udi’s gluten-free bun, which was excellent. However, I do have to tell you that anybody who has celiac disease or gluten intolerance. This is the place to go. When I told them my daughter had celiac disease. Caden said not a problem. I’ll wipe down my equipment and everything he was going to do. He told me to keep it safe for her. I’ve never had service like that at any other place. You need to stop at Jersey Mike’s. On Riverstone

I usually get subs from here often I send a friend over sometimes when I am busy to pick up the food. This is the second time I’ve heard from my co workers saying the staff is talking about my order, that when I order it’s always late and last minute. I have never ordered later than 8:30. The first time I walked in with an issue it was approximately 8:25 that was the latest I have ever come there and the whole staff gave me nasty looks and were sighing and shaking their heads. I decided to walk out that day and forgot about eating from there that night. Tonight I had a friend go over to pick it up for me because I was busy and she said the lady with glasses tonight was talking about how it’s annoying and I should know how it is I work in a restaurant too and that she was going to order something last minute from here tonight 12/11/2025 to see how I like it. This order today was at 7:12 pm. Subs are great, attitude is bad.

Bad customer service, had a coupon code that they would not take. A free drink with a purchase of a regular size sub. They couldn’t accommodate it, after paying to support a schools fundraiser. Will not be back.

This is what was received when we ordered and paid for double meat. Big disappointment!! Big price no ingrediants. We may be done with Jersey Mikes.

Small place but clean and good

Too expensive for the size of the sub. Go to Publix for as good a sub for less money

Delicious food. Very pricey for a sandwich though.

Great food and wonderful staff. We have a Jersey Mike's in Jasper but choose to drive to Canton to eat.

Doesn't mind heating cold subs. We drive from Jasper Ga. to Canton because of their customer service. Food is always great.
