We order from here often and the food is usually really good. Not today! Ordered through the app, like I normally do and today the wrap was so loose that the meat and toppings were falling out. Ordered and paid for extra meat on one and that definitely did not happen. Attempted to call the store and when they finally answered, I was told that there was no manager that I could speak to and that she would call me back. Waited over 3 hrs and no call. Tried to call back again and no one answered the phone. Here's an idea... If you are operating a restaurant, you might want to answer the phone, incase someone wants to place an order. Not everyone orders online or through the app. So disappointing...

I want to be fair, I come here to grab lunch more than a handful of times. I just witnessed this today and had to say something! The person preparing my sandwich handled the phone, a draw, some sticker from said draw and then touched her face right before handing my sandwich. The whole time she didn’t change here gloves once. This never happens but I was in shock and just tossed my sandwich out because I didn’t want to make a scene. Don’t be like me… say something and ask em to change there gloves before touching your sandwich. I will make sure next time but I am so disgusted and will definitely be paying more attention ordering from any of these places in the future.
