The girl behind the counter cutting the meat was very rude and had a bad attitude. There was a nice young man who was trying to make up for her rudeness. He was pleased and very helpful. This happened on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon.

I have been coming to this Jersey Mike’s for the early years now. The food service in atmosphere is always wonderful. Today I got a double turkey sandwich. It was delicious and made correctly.
I will continue to go to this jersey Mike’s for the foreseeable future.
Parking: There is a lot of food options right there so parking can be difficult.
Kid-friendliness: You can take your kids with you.
Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat difficult to get in.
With 4-5 employees on a Tuesday afternoon around 2:00pm and a current Health Inspection report bordering on a C, there shouldn’t be any nasty floors or tables. Just saying.

Just ordered a pick up from this location. Got into the store 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and as soon as I talk to the front worker I received some attitude when asking if the order was ready. It wasn't and it was a little busy so I didn't mind waiting. 35 minutes later my order was finally ready and at that point I was ready to get out. THE WHOLE REASON WE ORDER PICK UP IS TO NOT WAIT. I got home from Jersey Mikes and didn't even check the bag prior because of waiting so long. Guess what, the order was wrong and they gave me half of a sub even though I ordered a giant.
Long story, the food was good but the attitude, 45+ minute wait and getting my order wrong on top of all of that is why I am giving them 1 star.

The subs are delicious BUT I would NEVER come back to this location. Not only did we get a smirk of disgust from the guy on the grill when my husband asked for his Philly sandwich to be placed on the grill when the female staff mentioned it to him but we didn't get our receipt and dueing the time our subs were being prepared, the tall male cashier was walking to the back saying out loud "to many people, too many orders" If you don't like it to be busy then go home where you can sit down all day and not do anything. You don't complain when the restaurant is empty for an entire hour but complain about customers being more than you can handle ? first and last time I come to this location. Thankfully there's 2 other nearby locations and hope they're not the same way as this staff
