Haven’t visited Jimmy John’s in over seven years. But after leaving Northside hospital I decided to grab some food before heading back to the city of Atlanta.
Order one of the new toasted Sicilian sandwiches. I also added lettuce tomato and oil and vinegar, and left off the mayo and tomato sauce.
I was pleasantly surprised and very happy!
It was perfectly toasted, not too hard but with a perfect crunch and the taste was magnificent.
The staff told me that this was a limited time sandwich and I’m hoping that Jimmy John’s will be smart enough to add this to their permanent menu!
The young lady who made my sandwich must’ve put the golden touch on it because it was perfect her name was Taylor! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and very lighthearted. It was a joy actually to stop in this place. Nothing better when you’re hungry than finding something that absolutely hits the spot and the people are happy to serve you without any attitude whatsoever. They actually seem like they were happy to be there. And so was I.
If you live around this area I highly recommend stopping into this place in this location. If you’re visiting someone at the hospital and you want some good food this is a great place to stop in and get something fast but also delicious!

Ice machine always broken, snarky crew members who are eating and drinking while taking orders. Store is dirty and not up to par with other stores. Not busy and order took a long time to make. Could not be more disappointed. Save yourself the hassle and got to Jersey Mike’s.

This location is always out of something ice, salami, tuna etc. and then whatever you order that they do have it'll be wrong. This has been an ongoing issue for months. My kid loves to grab Jimmy John's after his soccer games and this is the only one close. We are going to start using the Jersey Mike's up the street

Really enjoyed my Turkey Tom, the staff was quick and let me modify my sub how i like! I was nervous about 77 C Score on the Wall, isnt that from the Board Of Health and Safety? Hopefully they come back and raise that score. Definitely will come back for my sammich craving!

They didn’t put cheese on the bootlegger sub and went cheap on the amount of meet they put on the giant slim. The meat covered only half of the bread. I asked if I could purchase some lettuce for half of the slim since that’s how my daughter likes it. The cashier said they weren’t allow to do that which is total BS since I’ve paid for extras before!

If you want a sandwich that looks & tastes like it was made by a preschooler, run to this location.
Team does not care at all, unfortunately that is very common at all service industry currently, they told me they dont have pickle,no hot sauces and no ice for drink fountain

this location is absolutely awful. i don’t know the girls name who took mine and my boyfriends order but she was SO incredibly rude. constantly rolling her eyes at us and letting out rude sighs all because we didn’t place an online order and wanted to pay in cash. she treated me like a burden and treated my boyfriend like a child. while we were waiting for our food i could hear her making comments about us as well. and on top of that she made my sandwich so horribly. just slapped all the toppings on making it super messy and hard to eat. im not usually one to complain and leave reviews but this experience was so bad that i felt the need to especially after seeing that im not the only one who’s experienced this at this location. visited on 12/15/2024 at 3:50-4:00pm
