this location is absolutely awful. i don’t know the girls name who took mine and my boyfriends order but she was SO incredibly rude. constantly rolling her eyes at us and letting out rude sighs all because we didn’t place an online order and wanted to pay in cash. she treated me like a burden and treated my boyfriend like a child. while we were waiting for our food i could hear her making comments about us as well. and on top of that she made my sandwich so horribly. just slapped all the toppings on making it super messy and hard to eat. im not usually one to complain and leave reviews but this experience was so bad that i felt the need to especially after seeing that im not the only one who’s experienced this at this location. visited on 12/15/2024 at 3:50-4:00pm

Terrible service. The girl was very rude to my wife. She told my wife she couldn't get a sandwich with only cheese and roast beef and said that she had to have the sandwich with everything on it and there was nothing she could do about it. She ordered a half sandwich combo and was charged for a whole sandwich combo and was told she could not have any chips even though she paid for it. About as terrible of service as it could get. The sandwich wasn't even good so it wasn't even worth the hassle. All around horrible service and experience. will not ever visit this location again and I recommend avoiding it if you enjoy ordering food how you want it.

Food is usually correct, but items requested are always forgotten like napkins and especially mayo packets. If you do a drive up order, expect to wait a while. I usually give up waiting and get all the kids out if the car anyway. This is a jimmy johns corp complaint rather than a location complaint, but the system never takes my rewards member information. If I ever dine in, I just lose those points, and I've double checked to make sure my cell number is associated with my account. I've also contacted JJ co with no reply. Again, another corp complaint, but PLEASE get different mayo packets. I shouldn't have to carry a knife or scissors to open my little packet of mayonnaise.

My wife likes Jimmy Johns so I’ve been trying to give this place a shot. I’ve been 6 times now and they have not gotten my sandwich correct one single time. Not once. I’m not ordering anything complicated either, I simply want the #5 with no Mayo or tomatoes.

The store needs to hire a second delivery person. After waiting an hour (so much for freaky fast) I called the store to inquire why I hadn’t received my food yet. I was offered no apologies just told that they are very busy with deliveries and that the delivery person was out with 9 deliveries. When the delivery person showed up she was very apologetic but unfortunately my lunch break was over by then. This is the second time a delivery has taken that long. The first time I was given a card for a free sandwich. Did t get that this time.

We placed an order on door dash. This store only uses door dash to get orders. Door dash does not delivery so if jimmy John's does not have a delivery person your order gets canceled. So they don't need to be accessed to door dash and I will contact door dash also.

The sandwich was so disappointing. I ordered a giant Cubano where it supposed to have double the meat. There was barely any meat in the sandwich at all. And not to mention, the meat was only at the very top part of the sandwich so when I bit into it, it was nothing but lettuce and a ton of mayonnaise. It didn’t even include the yellow mustard was supposed to. I also ordered this for curbside delivery and the person who brought it out to me darn near through the bag at me. I will never visit this location again, and I warn anybody else from coming here. So sad to see somebody treat somebody else that way for no reason.

This place is always so slow and has the slowest and worst delivery. If it’s going to take you 2 hours to make and delivery my sandwiches then call me so I can cancel. This happens every time I order from them.
