Hubby and I are very much over the overpriced poor quality restaurants around, so we are thrilled to have found this truck! Over the several times we have had his Tacos, they are consistently delicious! Highly recommend!

Joe’s Lone Star Tacos Truck is an absolute gem! They came to a brewery near my house, and I had such an amazing experience. The owner personally came up to me and was incredibly friendly. I instantly fell in love with his tacos. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and made with real care. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for this truck wherever it goes. Highly recommend!

The wife and I bought a couple of tacos. After a wine tasting we figure it would hit the spot. Well, let me tell you... These are definitely the best tacos I've ever had. And I've eaten tacos at a migrant workers kitchen and that is pretty authentic. You need to try these! I ordered on line. Ready for pickup in a few minutes. Can't get any easier.

Went to go eat lunch here at 2:30 on a Wednesday and they were closed because the employees went on their lunch break it said they were coming back at 12:00.

Man those birria egg rolls are addictive. I only ordered two and am kind of sad that I sent one with my hubby for lunch! I guess he deserves something yummy too though LOL. Next time you are in Jasper, I'll order 4!

I attended the food tent, the service was awesome but the tacos were over $30 and were cold, had a dash of onions a dot of cilantro and stale tasting corn tortillas. Also they had pretty much nothing from the menu.
