Slowest KFC in existence. Slower than Popeyes and that’s saying something. Four people in the kitchen and nothing getting done. 15 min wait on chicken and one person in the dining room. I don’t get it.

Honestly im pissed. i wouldve never thought i would be writing a review for a KFC but here we are i guess. i just had surgery on my throat. im only able to eat a few things, like mashpotatoes and macncheese. i am BEYOND baffled at the Customer service from this one lady that has been there the past 2 days. Answering the intercom with attutide off the bat, telling us we dont have a mobile order, when infact she had it ready at the window she just wanted to be difficult. yesterday she yelled through the intercom that it wasnt ready and to come inside, when the situation could've been handled nicely she chose to be rude. i work in Customer service myself, so i am never ever rude to workers, but we couldnt even get the name of our order out without being screamed at by this lady.
i dont typically eat KFC, infact this is the first time ive been to one in more then a decade, and honestly i would go back to any KFC execpt for this one. Dont go, because the lady that works there practically everyday apparently doesnt care to be there and i wouldnt be surprised if she spits in the food.
Yall need to rego over Customer service skills, or atleast keep her away from the intercom. dont go there unless you want to be yelled at.

Don’t order on the app! Horrible customer service! We place an order on the app and when we arrived, our order said ready. The manager then informed us that our order had been canceled. I don’t know who canceled our order because our app said it was ready. We even had proof on our credit card statement that we paid for the order. It didn’t matter what we said the manager would not make us the chicken we ordered even though we had proof and said we had to call the 800 number because he didn’t know who canceled our order…. never again!

SEE PICS!! NASTY! Greasy sliding into the door and across the floors! WTF? People. I was waiting across the street at Enterprise, stopped over to pick up dinner for the family. Nasty just like the owner and employees' bought $50 in food, got 4 napkins.. none out for customers?? I had top ask for 3 more, they were kept behind the counter. The absolute worst, greasy floors, food on the floors... as they waste away with no business being the counter. Amazing.. Health Derp. visit coming up!! Please call!

No experience, I noticed that every time I stop in the Canton KFC they had lots of big chicken pieces but I always get all small pieces picked out for me. Just not fair, who gets the big pieces I wonder. WHO GETS THE BIG PIECES OF CHICKEN. THE CUSTOMERS SURE Don't.

The chicken didn't taste like KFC. It was sorta under seasoned and bland. I was looking for that signature KFC flavor but it missed the mark. Very disappointing.

Ordered the 8 piece Dark meat BucketThey must be using the dwarf chickensThose were some of the smallest thighs and legs I've ever seen.Shame on you for selling that kind of junkYou have forever lost my business KFC I will never be back.The legs were literally the size of my thumb!!!!Plus the thighs were so dry they look like they've been sitting in a sauna
