The food not that good the service is bad no one speaks good English and the dinning room is cold. As much as it cost to eat out this should be a better experience

The Hispanic lady who I believe is the manager or a shift manager is just super rude, every time I’ve gone there she has an attitude. She was so rude my wife and I just drove off (10-24-25). If that’s how that place is going to be ran it really doesn’t need to be open because they can’t seem to get it in order.

We were going through Canton, and decided since it was late to grab dinner on the way home to Cartersville. Ordered our food and went on down to the house (30+) mins away. Got home and started making plates for the family to find they didn’t give us our biscuits, they gave us bun tops. I’ve tried to call the store for 20 mins and cannot seem to get ANYONE on the phone. It’s now 8pm on 10/19/25
Restaurant always closed 10 - 15 mins early. Tonight I came 9:46pm and automated message came on saying they are currently closed.

Friendly staff but KFC just isn’t what it used to be, and $20 for an 8 piece chicken tender that my 9 year old could eat by himself (but he didn’t because they aren’t great) is WILD . Definitely use those coupons on the app because the food is not worth the prices they are charging!

Service was fine, but their menu is out of date by years vs other KFC locations. Almost like the store isn’t affiliated anymore. Why no new menu items or updates in years?

The manager was on a very loud speaker phone call in the middle of the dining area, and wouldn't take the call elsewhere even after being made aware that it was bothering the people eating.

They were out of Coleslaw and breast. The truck was next door at Taco Bell. I was fine to figure something else out until one of the lady's came in and said said the truck wouldn't start, and one of the guys in the back said really loud it wasn't hurting his feelings. Seems like every time I go to that particular store their is some kind of problem, or they mess my order up. I don't think I'll be going back since they don't care if they have my money, I don't care if I have their food. I just walked out. I didn't even order.

One time was decent, this time the chicken and fries weren’t fresh, and instead of a biscuit, they replaced it with a sandwich bun without telling me, no one wants a plain sandwich bun to eat.
I wish I would have looked at the reviews first. Please don't order from this location. Look else where

The Hispanic female who was working the line had the worst attitude. She made an attitude face after I asked about my drinks what she forgot to give me. Once I got home to distribute my family the food we ordered, we noticed there was no honey or honey mustard in the bag as requested. Horrible customer service. My family and I have been to this location numerous of times however, this is the worst service I have ever experienced.

Don’t waste your time or money! Horrible customer service! Very rude. They rush taking your order in drive through yelling “is that it?” cutting you off mid-sentence telling them what you want. So then you have repeat the order and correct them because they wasn’t listening or just too stupid to enter it into the computer. After all that they still get the order wrong. Horrible
