I liked it but, I'm convinced that every single KFC chef (whoever cooks the chicken) should have to go to Mountain City Tennessee to learn how to cook KFC fried chicken.

Kinda disappointing visiting this KFC.... Food wasn't great and then they didn't even give my daughter anything to eat with like utensil wise or a straw for the drinks. Super low on my list of KFC'

Not a good experience. Chicken was greasy, undercooked, and visually unappealing. I’m done with KFC. Think I’ll head on over to Chick-fil-A and see what all the fuss is about.

Stood at the counter for twenty seven minutes before anyone said anything. Then when ordering they didn't have the item, secret recipe fries. The only substitute were green beans.

I've only been here a few times over the last few years, but every time I come I argue with the lady working the drive. I've personally never seen anyone working foodservice with such a horrible attitude. The majority of the bad reviews are linked to her too, you'd think she would've either adjusted her attitude or gotten canned by now. No wonder this place is always empty...
