Noticeable higher prices combined with reduced portion size along with 'to go' container for use inside. I used to go here regular but feel I'm being short-changed. I won't be going back anytime soon.
They have been running customers off with this. BoJangles and Hardee's have a lot of their morning refugees now.

Krystal opening in morning is ridiculous, no one ever opens the restaurant on time! I see many drivers drive through in morning and the store is always closed! Can someone open the store on a regular schedule?

For the money I spent on these little hamburgers . I at least expect it to some what edible. The fries are gross. Tried to call the Canton loc and no one would pick up. Never again.

Bought a box of 24 The Krystals didn't taste anything like a Krystal it tasted like like they ran out of buns and went straight to Hawaiian rolls or put sugar in them never had a sweet Krystal got home and the taste was nothing like a Krystal very disappointed since we drove from Blairsville to there just for Krystal for it to not be good.

Literally just left from there. I wanted to try the new pulled pork sliders so me and my daughter decide to stop by. I ordered two icees and two pulled pork sliders. The sliders had the meat coming off of them with barely any meat on them, No BBQ sauce, and they were cold and soggy. I will never go here again and if your smart you wouldn’t go to this location either

Says the location closes at midnight. I arrived at 11:15. Sat at the drive thru for about 5 minutes. Nothing. Said hello. Nothing. Could see employees in the store. Lights still on.
