The burgers were nice and hot. We ordered chili cheese fries. When we got home, what we got was chili fries. Looks like someone didn't read the order corectly. I was charged for chili cheese fries.

Not the worst fast food restaurant but definitely not the best. I have had to wait crazy amounts of time for food and the service isn’t the greatest but I have also had decent experiences there too. It’s mediocre but what do you really expect from Krystal’s.

Ordered the #4 with chili cheese fries. When ordering, I clarified fries vs tots. They rang up an additional chili cheese fry. When they handed us the bag we were confused, looked at the receipt and realized what happened. The punk kid at the window didn't offer any kind of resolution..."that's the way it was rang up"... okay, but that's not what I said. I did not say "an extra chili cheese fry", or "add a chili cheese fry". Anyway, we were just going to let it go because he had absolutely no interest in fixing the issue. He brought us the rest of our food and said "sorry about that"... to which I responded with "if you were sorry you would do something about it", because there is no reason for me to pay for something I didn't ask for, but because "that's the way it was rung up". He copped an attitude, repeated himself, and said "I'm not a manager, there's nothing I can do about it". Anyway. We "had to give the fries back" to get our $4 back (no problem), but I just felt like the whole interaction was handled very poorly, and that they made it a bigger issue. I'm not sure if they didn't want to admit they screwed up, or it was just laziness. It was unbelievable but comical at the same time. When you order, be careful when you CLARIFY something, because that for some reason confuses these incompetent people.

After three hours of sitting in a car dealership with my daughter, I was ready for a Krystal Fix on the way home. I pull up to the Drive-through window only to here, "I'm sorry, I can't take your order right now. My system is updating! You'll have to come back in five or ten minutes. Needless to say, I DID NOT go back. Due to your inadequate systems, you lost a customer. Not that you care.

Went by to get a sack full for the family. Burgers were tasty as always, but mainly leaving this review for the excellent service we received at the drive-thru. The lady at the window was very friendly and sweet. They had our food out quickly as well.

I went to Crystal last night to pick up 8 crystal cheeseburgers when I arrived. I was told they only have one crystal and two pups. Not sure why these restaurants seem to think that they don't need to have food 25 minutes before closing. This is poor management and will never darken their door again, thank you.

I don't know what they have done to change their biscuits, but the are no longer BISCUITS! They are some sort of roll. I used to love their biscuits and the last one I got was on a "roll". Told them about it and specifically asked for a biscuit, not a roll....got to work and sure enough it was on a roll! I will not order breakfast there again. So disappointed.
