family and i keep getting long strands of someones hair in our food. 2nd time now. loco rice, bite the chicken, end up flossing long possibly blonde hair out of teeth. ?

Waiting way to long for microwaved food. And they messed up on my order. My kids food came out 40 minutes late. People that came in 15mins after us got served their food a good 15 minutes before our family got our food.

Let me tell you about this place. Not only do we get greeted by the friendliest staff and always a cheerful atmosphere but when something goes wrong they take care of you two fold. My husband and I moved to the area 3 years ago. Often going almost every Tuesday. The staff recognizes us as we pretty much order the same thing each time. Laughable but true. The manager always offering his special salsa for us. Well today was just a takeout day after driving 7hrs home from vacation. Go in and someone had mistakenly paid for our dinner and walked out the door with it. I said, no worries I'll just wait in the car if you guys can make it again. No big deal at all. 10min past and out comes the manager with not one but two orders of the same stuff. He said don't worry and to have a good night. He wouldn't let me pay for it. I offered again as I walked back inside and he refused. I did tip them as this was not necessary and was very happy to wait for my food to be made again. 10/10 service and hospitality every time. Today has earned my business for life. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. Truly not expected but extremely thankful after a long day of travel.

Chips were the best part. I went when it was slow had zero service. They brought my check shortly after getting my food. Never came back to see if everything was good. Waited a long time for a drink and then once that came refills were almost nonexistent. I won't be back.
