My visit was OK at first. I was given my order very quickly and didn’t have to wait very long at all. However, when I went out into the parking lot, I dropped the red sauce for the breadsticks. I went inside, asking for another one, and I was willing to pay. The Lady at the counter rolled her eyes, did not speak to me and there was at least a 30 serving pause where she just looked down before she reached her hand up 2 inches, grabbed the sauce, and gave it to me. she looked at me as if I were lying. But I did have red sauce all over my white sneakers.no need for the attitude when I was already pissed off to begin with because my shoes were ruined. And had she asked me to pay for a new red sauce, I would have. After a long day at work, I don’t need any more stress. I’m just trying Feed my kids and that’s the last thing I wanna deal with is some disgruntled employee pissed off because she has to do just a tiny bit of extra work.

I try not to be an asshole normally but I picked up my pizza and there was a little chip of something blue either on the pizza or in it, my girlfriend spat it out. At first my we thought it was her tongue ring but after checking it was obvious its a chip off of someone's acrylic nail. I called and the lady answering was hesitant to answer, and then denied it happening...

They are very nasty. When I was there some lady is playing with her hair in the back. Swing it around and pulling on it. And didn’t wash her hands after! This place needs a health department check cause this is ridiculous!

1. They never answer the phone. 2. I ordered the “pretzel crust pizza” and they just sent me a pizza with regular crust and threw salt all over it…lol. I got my refund thru Doordash but don’t order the new pretzel crust pizza here.

We ordered a pretzel crust, but it was made of their regular crust and barely any cheese sauce on it. My order was ready on time and the cashier was nice. The pizzas themselves were under par. We will not order Little Caesars again.

No one wants to work. Even small kids running behind counter. All up in those phones. Order took about 30 mins. Riverstone location is a joke!
Don't order here if you want to actually get a pizza. If you place an order online, they won't even start on it for more than 40 mins. I've had it happen multiple times from this location. They are mismanaged and just don't care. They are the worst pizza location that I have been able to find anywhere in north GA. Yep, they are that bad.

Poor service, the girl acted like she was dumb. Like talking to a wall. She messed up my order, and then I tried to call to ask for a remake, they hung up. Whoever the maneger is, is sad and needs to be retrained

Costumer service sucks .....there is no...( how may I help you , or how are you , no have a nice day nothing...) Workers are always hiding in the back of the beaulding most of the time you have to wait and the not even notice until you start knocking the counter.......
