I came to this page from Google as requested by the owner to work on the issue in my Google review. There is literally no way to actually contact this location. They post that they want to make things right, but until they do my statement remains. They are not a good location to work with.
This is quite unfortunate too because I love Marcos Pizza. But I am unwilling to order from a location that cannot get their act together. It is just not worth it.
I ordered a pizza this evening, paid online at 9:04pm, and received confirmation that my order was ready around 9:24. When we got there, it hadn’t even been started. The order location is canton, sixes rd. I tried to submit a survey, but neither the receipt nor online option allowed me to do so. The employee at the location was extremely rude. ordered about a month ago, and was charged twice for the same order. they told me 3 days to credit to my account. it's been over a month.
