First time online ordering from out of town . I paid twenty dollars for a large crust , barely any pepperoni and barely cooked and I ordered it well done . There was no price adjustment??!!!! Twenty five dollars for large crust ! You can do better ??

Better than other fast food pizza. With that said, I eat it when others want pizza as it's not my favorite thing. We got delivery and it was delivered a little bit outside delivery time and I had to call and check on it as they did not advise us voluntarily.

This is the third time Iāve ordered from this location and delivery seems to a huge issue. I can never get my order in a timely manner. Order I got todayā¦had to call twice to inquire and ended up getting a cold pizza. Donāt know if yall need new management but service is trash. Like the franchise, canāt stand this location. Iād rather make the trip to the hickory flat location. And no, I donāt want to fill out any type of survey so yall can get more feedback.

Ordered curbside, had to CALL to get order brought out. Got home(maybe 5 minutes down BELLS Ferry) and food was š§COLD. Not only that but the sandwiches were not even edible.. Meatball went out for the deer to snack on toniteā¦.

I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I have to because the service is terrible. I ordered a large order about a month ago, got home after picking it up and realized a salad was missing. Called up there, got told āsorry Iām new and my managerās busy call up here tomorrowā.
The next day I spoke with the daughter of the franchise owner who couldnāt figure out how to refund me so told me the next time I want to order a salad theyād take care of it because they were notating my account. Just called up there to try and place an order and got told again āsorry Iām new and the managers busy, try again laterā. Sorry but Iām trying to feed kids, not worth the hassle with this place who clearly has terrible training.

I wasn't totally satisfied with my previous order. So when I called to place another order I spoke with the manager first to express my previous concerns, I should have gotten his name. Because he made the experience phenomenal. He was professional and made the experience an excellent one. He took my order and made sure that I had everything that I asked for and more including a great pizza!! It was a delivery order and I should have gotten the driver name. Because he was professional and excellent also. They both helped erase any concerns from my previous order. My order was also delivered very fast. I donāt normally leave reviews, but the excellent service that I received deserved one. Thank you to the manager and the delivery driver for the 5 star service!!!

When you call they donāt care and say it will be there soonā¦it arrives looking and tasting like itās been sitting too longā¦.still waiting for our last delivery order from Marcoās. Two stars because it was good 6 months ago.
