I purchased a buy one get one Pizzoli through Uber Eats. Pizzoli’s are tasty and generally a size-able value. This location cut the size in half to make the BOGO - It’s a scam. Proceed with caution.

Long review, but I love to support our community and we love pizza so I hope this will help turn things around. I'm giving two stars instead of one, because we used to love this Marcos for the longest time. We stopped coming here about 6 months ago, because we were all very sick one night and wanted delivery for the kids. They told us it would arrive in 30 min time, but we called after an hour it still didn't arrive. They said it was coming in a few minutes. After another 30 minutes I called again, and they said it was coming. Finally it was about 1.5 hours after expected delivery, I called back, and they finally told me their delivery person was the only one, and they had to come back and still had multiple orders ahead of ours. (Fine, but why didn't they just say this from the start and revise my delivery time, or offer to let me cancel if they couldn't do it when we thought?) It was almost 8pm at this point, so I told them never mind, as no telling if or when we'd get a pizza. We figured maybe someone had called out sick that day so let it go. We gave them another chance by calling a pick up order. We arrived when estimated time but our food wasn't ready on time. Because I had small kids, I went back to my car, and the workers said they would bring my order out to me when it was ready. (Yay, great customer service!) However, I watched multiple people coming in and out getting their pizzas over the course of 20 minutes. The staff were also inside cutting up, having a great time, dancing and laughing. (Which is okay if you are getting your job done). I didn't want to be rude and go back in and ask if my pizza was ready yet since they were nice enough to offer to bring mine out to me when it was ready. Finally after 20 minutes I walked back in with the kids, sheepishly asked if my pizzas were ready and they said..." Oh sorry I forgot about getting those outside to you...." Which was horribly unprofessional and awkward. So that was the last time we went there-- we won't be ordering from here just because our time is really valuable and I can order delicious pizza from right across the street from our local pizza shop and they are always great with customer service, and every time our order is done in under 30 min. Marcos has lost us as a customer, after we were regulars for about two years before this. I hope they can turn it around because we love to have options in our area! It will be a long time before we try them again.

I ordered 6 large pizzas at 8:00am saturday morning for my son's bday party at 2pm. At 12ish I called to add an additional pizza and make sure the online order was received and would be delivered at 2pm. Prepaid with debit card and left a nice tip in advance thinking great service was ahead. However, to my disappointment, the pizza showed up 30 minutes late and the order was wrong. The Manger offered to send me the two pizzas to replace the two that were wrong. However, delaying others eating due to the error was not going to work considering we only had the venue for 2.5 hours total. I did appreciate the kind gesture. Taylor said she would refund the amount for the two that were incorrect which she kindly did and she's been so easy to work with. This review is not about her but the experience. Taylor deserves a 5! Marcos I use you guys alot for my marketing at work this doesn't sit well with me please do better ?

On the day I ordered, the employee failed to adhere to the established safety protocols. Specifically, the employee neglected to wash their hands and wear gloves after leaving the cash register.

This place is going downhill fast. The longer than expected wait times, having to call to remind them that I even ordered, wrong deliveries, wrong product half the time.Poor management. Disappointing.Can't wait to see the reply from "Marcos(Owner)" account trying to damage control in the reviews instead of just damage controlling the store.

This review is LONG overdue. This was the FOURTH order IN A ROW that Marcos has messed up. I wanted to review the previous 3 times but always decided against it because I honestly just did not feel like typing it all out. But tonight is different. We ordered delivery for dinner tonight because it was for the elementary school’s fundraiser. My daughter was looking forward to seeing her pizza box tonight, as it was all she talked about after school. As my husband went out front to get the pizzas, i said to him “i wouldn’t be surprised if they forgot her box”, kind of in a joking way. But what do you know- we did not receive her box. We received the regular Marcos pizza box.The only reason we ordered from this Marcos was solely for my daughter’s pizza box fundraiser and they completely messed it up.The 3 times prior to this that they messed up :1. The ceasar salad was disgusting and wilted, dark green slime lettuce. I did not call them to complain, just let it slide2. Placed a delivery order that was scheduled to arrive around 5 pm. When i got home at 6 ish i asked my family where the pizza was… well, it had not been delivered. When I called to ask where it was, they told me it was leaving the store.. did not arrive for another 45ish minutes. When the guy delivered it he told me he forgot the ceasar salad and could bring it back but it would be a while. So i call the store to figure out what to do. They told me they would issue a store credit. Of course that never happened.3. I guess i deserved it this time because I should have learned the previous time. Forgot all the sauce we ordered and that was when i decided to never ever order Marcos again. They suck now

If I could give a negative stars I would, went to this location got my pizza and went home and they gave us someone's order not mine so drove back to the store to have them remake my order, when I got there none of my order was made then they hand me 1 pizza and said have a good day and I was like I am missing 3 more pizza then they made me wait another 30 min for my other pizza. Very unprofessional this needs to change.

This used to be a great Marcos then went downhill over a year+ ago. We keep trying to see if things improve and they actually get worse. Poor management and no quality control. I went to watch my order being made because it seemed like untrained staff it is exactly what you'd expect and nobody checks order quality. It's frustrating to see what should be a simple business to run, be run into the ground. There is a great Marcos on Holly Springs! which isn't too far away, order from them instead and pickup. And this message is for the franchise owner, you need a manager that has an eye for quality and puts in the effort to train the staff. If you can't figure out what a good pizza looks like I'll come down there and run it for you.
