Love Marco’s and this location specifically. The staff are always friendly and the pizza is some of the best around. Online orders are always on time and the menu choices are better than a lot of their competitors.

Me and my wife for the first time ever decided to try Marcos pizza this past Saturday. We order 2 large pizzas and one order of cheese sticks.The pepperonis on both large pizzas smelled so heavily of a strong fishy odor we ended up throwing away 50$ worth of food and just cooking something at home. The only thing i can imagine is the meats are stored so close together on the pizza prep table that the smell absorbs in or whoever made the pizzas literally handled anchovies seconds before making our pizzas and wore the same gloves/ didnt wash hands. Either way that will be our first and last attempt at this location. There are plenty of other options for pizza around, take your money elsewhere.

Update 12/2023:Service has definitely changed over the last few months. This location has lost its customer service. Which is disappointing, we were regular delivery customers but have completely stopped ordering Marcos pizza and started using a different pizza chain that is more consistent and more reliable for getting items that have been paid for. Which is a big problem for Marco's, mainly pay for sauce but don't receive them and when you bring it to their attention, they want to charge you again for the replacement.

Great pizza but constant issues being understaffed. Constantly do not meet pickup estimates. Regular occurrence to wait 30 minutes PAST quoted pickup time. Been an issue for 6 months with no sign of improvement. Never had to wait at their competitors in the area. Time to move on.

My son has worked at this location for almost a year now. When he first started there was a sweet manager named Katie. She ran it all right she was very nice but was young. Then there was a manager named Jacob that took over and since then it has been absolutely horrible and my son thought about quitting multiple times this manager was very rude and the overall atmosphere in the place amongst the employees and customers alike was terrible. Now there is a new manager as of 2 days ago and hoping for a complete turnaround! I would suggest if you haven't been here in a while to come back and give them another try!

3rd time is not a charm. I've been to this particular store 3 times over the past few months and I have yet to have a simple in/out experience. Tonight was the worst ever. I walked in and customers were standing all around. I hung back from the counter for a couple of minutes to make sure I wasn't cutting line. There were 3 workers at the counter - all too 'busy' to greet me or ask if they could help any of us. I was not the only one who hadn't been waited on so I stepped up to the counter and lined up in hopes that someone would notice and ask if they could help. I saw a few orders sitting on the pickup counter and I was thinking to myself - why wouldnt they call out the names of the people whose orders were ready? No one did. I finally overheard someone saying that their computer crashed and none of the order tickets out so they were not sure what to be preparing (mine was supposed to be ready by 6:07 - it was now 6:30). Found out later from my wife that she was notified our pizza was ready at 6:03 (ha!). Finally got to speak with someone and they were printing off tickets as people identified themselves and putting them through the oven. It was nearly 7 pm when my pizza came out.I understand that things happen - but it's how you respond that counts. This location is in dire need of leadership and oversight on some level as to how the customer experience is. I will not be going back..I could have driven anywhere and back in the time I spent choosing the closest place to my house.

We eat here at least once a month and we are very disappointed in their customer service. They served us burnt wings tonight. Spoke to Libby, the store manager who said we need to bring them back tonight only for an exchange. It just before 5 o'clock and traffic down 140 is insane. We have small children so leaving later this eve is not an option. I told her we would bring them tomorrow and she said no. These wings shouldn't have even been served and now that we can't go back, they just get tossed in the garbage and our money wasted? I told her we would send her a picture and bring them in. We aren't trying to keep them obviously and they won't even work with us. Sorry that our schedule doesn't fit their schedule but we didn't burn the wings. Awful customer service. I see a ton of 1 star reviews lately....wonder what's happening at that store.
