I ordered a fish meal fresh and everything was recooked. When I asked them to make it fresh because it was refried Austin the manager in charge said no and that he was going to give me a refund without my consent. They asked me to pull up and wait. I worked in fastfood before and I know a lot of people that try to recook food to try and make it. I just got the food and the fish was still hard and I know how a fresh fish is supposed to taste. This is unacceptable. I want a refund

The employees at the windows are always really nice. Unfortunately they never have milkshakes every time I come and it's a real big bummer. If it was once or twice I'd understand but the past 5+ times I've tried to order one, they are "out".
