After a long morning of missing my alarms, fighting with the dryer, etc i ran through the drive-thru for a quick bite before starting my new job today & had one of the nicest interactions with the employee, Yvonne at the window. She had the biggest smile on her face when i pulled up to the window; then proceeded to tell me she thought i was beautiful. She completely turned my day around by having a smile, positive attitude, and kindness towards strangers. Yvonne is the reason i will continue to come back & always recommend this location!

Ordered through the app, upon arrival there was no one waiting by the counter or even bothering to check on customers. They totally botched my burger which had added items to it, i also had to wait 25-30 minutes for my WRONG order. They had more than ample time to assemble my order correctly and completely fumbled the bag. I work in food too so i get that mistakes happen but yall lost a customer today. Its a shame too considering its the closest mcdonalds to me.

I don't know what these guys are doing that other McDonald's aren't, but they're crushing it. Food is consistent, orders are accurate (and I *always have a special order), and the process is orderly and timely. They do it just as well as any Chick-fil-A. Best McDonald's ever!

This McDonald’s is awful. We only go to this location because it is near our home but almost EVERY visit is disappointing. Crew members as well as managers lack severely in customer service. The Management team is SUBPAR at best.
Tonight they pulled up my husband to wait for “fresh fries”. First- he was given no receipt. Second- half the fries weren’t even fresh! If you’re going to pull someone up over fresh fries, ALL of the fries should be fresh. Finally- our bag of food was a mess. The way they just threw the food in the bag with ZERO care. All of the fries were dumped into the bottom of my bag.
I use the mobile app, and I enjoy the savings it brings our family. Only 4 out of 5 stats becsuse a few of the mobile orders were custom where we paid extra for tomatoes or extra filet-o-fish, and we didnt get what we paid for.
Very friendly staff, will continue to eat there as much as we can.
Just got rhe 5 dollar double meal nobile order got home it was a cheeseburger try to call nobody answers poor quality

Not a great place to go for lunch. More often than not I'm told to "pull forward and we'll have your food right out to you" How about you have the food ready by the time I get to the window? How do you not have nuggets or fries ready to go for the lunch rush? Get it together already.

Couldn't order a cheeseburger happy meal (only option was burger with no cheese) on app or using kiosk. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes with my daughter before walking out. The manager saw us there and acknowledged us waiting within the first 3 minutes. Ignored by everyone else there.
Do not go here if you're hungry. 10/10 would not recommend. Went to Zaxbys down the street. They were busier and we had our food within 5 minutes.
