It's McDonald's guys . Okay, the food was hot and fresh. The sweet tea is really nice. The service is always on point thanks to the Restaurant Manager Miss Tony. She is awesome and customer service is always number 1 with her.

I don’t know who works here but there is two twins that are rude and nasty who builded my disabled daughter and ran up on my mother and accused her of stealing a drink when she show the receipt , after that a manger told her to leave with my mom ….. she had a a nice panic attack at home and I called corporate and said one of the twins bully her again I’m calling the police bullying a child and being rude … no one knows what health conditions she face ….. she could of had a panic attack she does not like to talk she’s disabled

Every time I visit this location I have to ask for fresh fries because they usually taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Tonight makes the second time in a row that they served me old fries when I asked for fresh ones. I usually do not complain about something like this but if I am paying $10 for a meal at McDonald’s, at least serve fresh fries! I will not be visiting this location anymore!

Under normal circumstances, this would have been a 5 - star review.
This location has a great, clean dining room and fast service! The food is on point, fries come to you hot & crispy. Until there, this McD is pretty darn good!
However, I was utterly shocked and taken aback when I went to use the restroom and two men were sharing the stall quietly talking about “half the money” “don’t worry about it” and more… I returned to my table and a couple minutes later, a tall thin white guy (in McDonald’s uniform) quickly came out of the restroom and disappeared behind the counter (he has been out of site since) the other person was a younger looking light-skinned tall and thin guy with an afro. I can’t be absolutely certain of what they were doing BUT if you have to hide in a McDonald’s bathroom stall to do it, something is seriously wrong.
I won’t be returning to this location.
(before leaving, I did ask another associate what his name was… The associate told me his name is Gabe.)

This McDonald's just refused to serve me in drive thru at 11:50 AM stating they were unable to take orders. Headset was working fine. Order menu lit up. No explanation offered. Yall refusing to work because it's a little cold? Wow.

Worst food and service I have ever had! Staff was rude food was cold and hard absolutely terrible!!! It was almost 6:30 a.m. they would not open the doors to let us in. Had to go through the drive-thru. After ordering the food getting down the road realized they gave us the wrong order. At 6:30 in the morning food should have been fresh and hot not cold and hard. This McDonald's off exit 333 should be flagged for sure worst food /service ever! 😡
