We went through the drive thru. We had to wait about 8 min. My vanilla shake was super thin all most pure liquid. So I gave it back and asked for a bottle of water, I was given a cup with water instead.

Went through the drive through girl at the first window just threw the card reader at me never gave me a recipt. Pulled forward got my order wrong and the kid is staring at me like an idiot I asked to refund the card manager came over and the kid was cussing me out giving me the finger at the window.

Didn't use the mixer on mcflurry - points big time
I did a curbside pickup and they forgot to give me my apple juice, not only that, but when I try to call the location, it says right off the bat that know one can take the call. I don’t know how to get a refund or something but I’m not driving back to that place

After visting my son in the hospital. It was the restaurant on the way home. I don't eat out often. I stopped in the drive through and was told I would have to pay cash or they wouldn't take my order, that's fine so I had the cash. I proceed to the first window where I pay onto the second window. Thinking my receipt would be in the bag. Received my order and stuck my hand in the bag to find cold fries. There was a car behind me, so I pulled over to the side, walked back up, stood a distance from the driver, receiving his order and told the guy in the window, my fries were not hot. Went back to the car, reached in my bag for my big mac, which was barely warm. To get back to the window, receive the fries. They were hot, got in my car, drove back around to the window to wait on my big Mac. It came back out. I asked if it was hot. I was told it was I drove off, it wasn't it was actually the same big Mac? That's what I had handed back in the window. My complaint is if i'm in the drop through at night and requested to pay cash.The least mcdonald's can do is give me my food hot.
