My name is Ashley! I’ve got to tell you, When I was a little girl, I used to go to McDonald’s all the time with my family. As a teenager, of course, a few times, however ,as an adult, I would choose Wendy’s, McDonalds, to me, The food no matter where I went, it just wasn’t good. I don’t usually leave many Google reviews. My family and I went through this drive-through last night around maybe 7:30- 8 o’clock, this was hands-down the best food I have from McDonald’s my entire life and I’m not kidding. I don’t know who was working that night but usually around that time, the food you get through fast food is horrible and it’s not even worth getting. Every single bite was filled with deliciousness. It was so fresh and I can’t believe you guys have a low rating! I don’t know about the dayshift, but I can tell you that I really hope who was working that night on December 27th between 7:30 PM or 8 PM. I want them to get the credit they Deserve. You guys did an amazing job. You’re the Earth angels of McDonald’s that’s for sure lol thank you for making our food very fresh! Our kids as well. That’s the most important thing. Our kids loved it and my daughter usually does not like chicken nuggets at all from McDonald’s but she sure ate yours that night. We came from acworth and I’d take that drive again!

They were really busy, but our meal wasn’t complete. Stood there for 20 to 30 minutes missing one soda and grinch fries. Wasn’t gonna wait in line to get them as people were waiting for just cups for as long as we were.

They committed the unforgivable sin tonight: they forgot to put the toy into one of the two happy meals I picked up. Which meant that one daughter got a toy, and the other didn’t. Which, I think, is actually worse than forgetting the toy in both. She is quite crushed.
I might have been more forgiving if they had rushed, or been overwhelmed. But that wasn’t the case.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered an oreo mcflurry. Finally got it and all of the oreo crumbs were sitting on top of the ice cream, not mixed at all. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe they have a machine specifically for mixing the ice cream, so I don’t understand why they don’t do it. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and I’m sure it won’t be the last. PLEASE MIX YOUR MCFLURRIES!!!!

Drive through wait times are decent. Parking lot is clean. I've never been on the inside of this particular one. Food is usually average at best. Presentation (especially Big Macs) are just a slapped together mess. Foods usually room temp. Its okay-ish for a quick bite. The line times are the The better side of McDonalds that I go to. So thats the selling point for me.

Not happy at all. Ordered 3 meals received 2! Why is it so difficult to put food in a bag!!
Waited for over 40 minutes to receive my food, after returning to drive thru they admitted they forgot me still did not give me my complete order as they left out condiments, burgers and nuggets were cold. Asked for the $30 I spent to be reimbursed and the manager asked for the food back. Asked to the name of the owner of this restaurant and was denied. This is the last straw for me after a long history of horrible costumer service from this restaurant.

We went through the drive thru. We had to wait about 8 min. My vanilla shake was super thin all most pure liquid. So I gave it back and asked for a bottle of water, I was given a cup with water instead.
