I usually get lunch at this location, both dine in and drive through, and though I have the occasional issue, they are usually happy to fix it for me. The inside of the store has always been quite clean, and the workers are reasonably friendly. My toddler is disappointed that there's not a play place, which is the main reason this isn't our go-to location, but that's nobody's fault. The prices are also slightly higher than my preferred location in Riverstone, but again, I imagine that's a corporate issue, not something any of the workers can change. Overall, I think this is a perfectly fine McDonald's, and I'll continue going there.

I ordered 2 sausage eggs and cheese mcgrittles and neither had SAUSAGE. I'm pregnant and just wanted breakfast, im beyond upset considering I made a 40 dollar order and they refunded me 2 dollars. Make it make sense and make it right.

Went to the McDonald’s on hickory flat highway ordered off the monopoly specific menu when I got home absolutely no monopoly pieces on any of the wrappers.

Doors locked 9:45pm when lobby said to be open until 11. But 2 employees sitting outside employee door talking about personal stuff. Drive through was fast but got home and found out why. All food undercooked and not edible minus the fries which were burning hot but overcooked. Double quarter pounder cooked to medium at best which can’t trust from McDonalds

This location has great food but I don’t recommend eating in. More than half the tables were dirty with leftover trash and food on them, and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Also there’s no napkins or condiments of any type out where you can get them yourself - you have to ask for literally every little thing. Not a very convenient experience.

I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions. The order was ready as soon as I got to the window. That seemed strange since I didn't want onions. I didn't check it before pulling away. The fries were old and cold. And one burger had nothing on it, just plain. The other one they scraped the onions off of it. Both burgers were old and cold. It was 20 minutes before and the girl was just being lazy. It was a waste of time and money.

Decent location. I’ve noticed when the manager is working the place runs great and is quick. When she is gone it runs a tad slow. Mostly teens that work here some are friendly some could care less…I know its MDs but at least fake being happy.

Hence all of the other reviews it looks like I am not the only one that had a bad experience. First off these highschool kids that voluntarily applied for this job act like they are forced to work. If you hate it so much just quit. The girl at the register made it seem like it was such an inconvenience that I wanted to use tap to pay. And got my order wrong. Management needs to get their shit together, I don’t know how after so many bad reviews for years they have not fixed this.
