Decent location. I’ve noticed when the manager is working the place runs great and is quick. When she is gone it runs a tad slow. Mostly teens that work here some are friendly some could care less…I know its MDs but at least fake being happy.

Do better. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and half of the cheese wasn’t even melted. Also asked for extra pickle and I got one.

Hence all of the other reviews it looks like I am not the only one that had a bad experience. First off these highschool kids that voluntarily applied for this job act like they are forced to work. If you hate it so much just quit.
The girl at the register made it seem like it was such an inconvenience that I wanted to use tap to pay. And got my order wrong.
Management needs to get their shit together, I don’t know how after so many bad reviews for years they have not fixed this.

Put in a mobile order. Requested two waters that are free. Said I had to pay $3 for them. When I said I didn’t want the waters and just the mobile order it took over 7 minutes to get two cheeseburgers. The burgers were falling out of the half wrapped wrapper and ice cold.

3/23/25 @ 2pm - Came through the line with a mobile order. Asked for a couple of waters at the window. They had someone else come through the speaker loud and rudely, saying we couldn’t and would have to make a new order. We didn’t care what size, just… free water. McDonald’s water. They tried to charge us, we said no, the guy at the window gave us a water anyways and then asked for it back immediately, then proceeded to take 8 minutes to give us 2 double cheeseburgers. 1 was cold, 1 was unwrapped. We didn’t eat it. 🙄

Teen working window needs to learn how to count change. Called manager, all he said was I’m sorry. He sounded like a teen himself.
If you are going to close over less than an inch of snow (what a joke roads where fine) at least stop accepting orders on your app. I placed an order, it charged my card, and I drove all the way there. Not 1 sign saying closed nothing. Complete waste of my time.

I went to eat at night Horrible managers…. During night time theres usually a bunch of highschoolers inside the mcdonalds yelling and making it their hangout area… you can see CBD pens smoking inside and everything… while the managers dont say or do anything about it.

Bruh. Tell me why everytime we order plain burgers they aren't, customer service terrible hardly even says a word to us. Used to have nice service and not a lot of issues with orders, I've given them the benefit of the doubt for so long. But this is like the 5th time our order is wrong.

This location never disappoints. Always accurate. The manager (Kaitlyn) is attentive and provides great customer service. Glad to see a McDonalds location that is consistent.
